Beim Emfpang wurde diese lange Wartezeit so argumentiert, dass in Wien ja jetzt überall diese Wartezeiten in Arztpraxten vorherrschten. Dem ist aber nun wirklich nicht so. Ansonsten ist Frau Gerda Zamani eine kompetente und einfühlsame Ärztin. Ich werde jedoch nicht mehr in Ihre Praxis kommen, da ich soviel Zeit einfach nicht habe. Ich meldete mich und bekam die Erlaubnis einzutreten. Die Rezeptionistin ließ eine unbekannte Frau herein und ließ mich 30 Minuten draußen warten. Dann schalt sie mich, weil ich mich melden muss, bevor ich einsteige. Unglaublich. The name is no longer Dr Kundmann. It was not possible to find Dr. To meet Zamani. Das Man am Gang mindesten 30 Minuten warten muss um einen Termin auszumachen ist lächerlich. Nöch unglaublicher ist im warteraum 1 Stunde oder mehr zu warten mit nur 1 bis 2 andere Patienten. Hingehen wenn Sie sehr viel Zeit oder Geduld haben. Miss Dr. Zamani is an excellent doctor. Unfortunately, your shaking power seems to be overwhelmed. That you have to wait at least 30 minutes in the hallway to make an appointment is ridiculous. It is even more incredible to wait 1 hour or more in the waiting room with only 1 or 2 other patients. Go there if you have a lot of time or patience.

Erstes mal kam ich um eine Zecke zu entfernen (hatte Termin), habe 3 Stunden gewartet und erst nach Beschwerden hat Sie mich genommen; Behandlung hat 3 Minuten und 16 Sekunden gedauert (habe es mit Stoppuhr gestoppt). Die Rezeptionstin hat gemeint es gab Leute den es schlechter geht dann mir. Ok. Par Monate später kommen ich wieder (hatte wieder einen Termin) dieses Mal hatte ich Herz Probleme aber trotzdem habe ich über 2.45 Stunden gewartet. Also was jetzt?? Herz probleme sind nicht so wichtig??? Auch fast nie telefonisch erreichbar... Ersparen Sie sich die Zeit und Nerven und gehen Sie wo anders. Doctor very friendly. Also, it's all a big flop. Secretary registered my account as patient of the studio albeit I was a bystander. As result, I could not continue follow up with my real general doctor and needed medications have been blocked. When issue was pointed out, that unfriendly lady said it is not her problem, she did not want to make any correction & I needed to contact insurance, and kicked me out. Day after, I contacted insurance, who officially stated lady cannot refuse to correct her mistake (my medical history is visible also to her) and guided me to a form for an official complaint, I contacted lawyer for support. Before to send official letter, my doctor calls me and informs that prescriptions have been released and so has been my account corrected, without our knowledge. So much just for not being able to admit a human mistake. What is the scope of being a good doctor, with an ogre at the door?
