Die Damen, die am 21.3. dort tätig waren, sind leider nicht so lockerfröhlich. Eher aufdringlich/kontrolliert, statt mit Offenheit bei der Sache. Möglicherweise schon pensionsreif? Denke, wir bleiben dann lieber in der City, wenn wir uns weiter ausstatten wollen. Oder es wird ein wenig erneuert, und das Personal wird getauscht. Es ist nichts Persönliches dazu zu sagen, aber passt nicht zum Standort. Puhhh, not a good climate. Service mediocre. Everything a bit dusty. As regular customers we are good service, as in the city and also in the 18th district used. The ladies, who on 21.3. were there, are unfortunately not so easygoing. Rather intrusive / controlled, instead of openness in the matter. Maybe already ready for retirement? Think, we prefer to stay in the city, if we want to continue to equip ourselves. Or it will be renewed a little, and the staff will be exchanged. There is nothing personal to say, but it does not fit the location.

Noch nie so ein schlechtes, herabwürdigendes Kundenservice erlebt. Nie wieder. Arrogant and annoyed branch management, which clearly lets you feel that you don't fit into the desired "target group". Never experienced such bad, degrading customer service. Never again.

Die Qualität ist unter jeder Kritik. Die Gravur wurde mehrmals gestochen, ist ausgefranst und unscharf. Ein Hobbybastler würde es besser hinbekommen. We bought a gold pendant and had it engraved on the back. What came out is an absolute cheek. The quality is under any criticism. The engraving was engraved several times and is frayed and out of focus. A hobbyist would do better.
