Vor allem ein großer Lob an die Friseurin EVA, die immer die perfekte Frisur hinbekommt. Top! I switched to this barber some years ago and have been there since then and very satisfied. Above all a big compliment to the hairdresser EVA, who always gets the perfect hairstyle. Top!
S	Scarlett 99 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren zu dritt dort und haben einmal locken für lange Haare, eine Hocksteckfrisur und eine halb offene Frisur mit Locken bekommen. Dafür haben wir 180€ bezahlt was meiner Meinung nach eine dreiste Abzocke ist und nicht berechtigt (ohne waschen oder sonstiges)! Ich habe mir die Locken machen lassen, was eine schmerzhafte Angelegenheit war. Die Friseurin hat so fest mit dem Glätteisen gezogen dass mir danach die Kopfhaut 2-3h weh getan hat! Dazu wurde kein Hitzeschutz verwendet und das Eisen wurde anscheinend auch noch auf die höchste Stufe erhitzt, dass ich teilweise jetzt verbrannte Spitzen habe!! Außerdem war die Friseurin nicht gerade freundlich zu ihren Mitarbeitern wie auch zu mir selbst. Sie hat mir Haarspray ins Gesicht gesprüht, hat sich über meine angeblich schmierigen Haare beschwert und schon allein dass sie mit dem Glätteisen so fest gezogen hat ging gar nicht! Würde nie wieder dort hin gehen! There were three of us and once got curls for long hair, a cropped hairstyle and a half-open hairstyle with curls. For this we paid 180 € which in my opinion is a bold rip-off and not allowed (without washing or anything else)! I had the curls done, which was a painful affair. The hairdresser pulled so hard with the flat iron that my scalp hurt afterwards for 2-3 hours! No heat protection was used and the iron was apparently also heated to the highest level, that I now have burnt tips in part !! In addition, the hairdresser was not exactly friendly to her employees as well as to myself. She sprayed hairspray on my face, complained about my supposedly greasy hair and simply that she pulled so tight with the straightener didn't work at all! Would never go there again!

Großes Lob an „meine“ langjährige Friseurin Eva, welche ihr Handwerk perfekt beherrscht und voll und ganz auf meine Wünsche eingeht! Absolut top! Go to this barber regularly for several years and every time I am totally satisfied and happy with the result. Big praise to "my" longtime hairdresser Eva, who masters her craft perfectly and fully responds to my wishes! Absolutely great!

Heute bekam ich, bei anscheinend einer neuen Frisörin in dieser Filiale den schlechtester Haarschnitt meines Lebens. Als ich darauf aufmerksam machte, dass ich mit dem Service absolut unzufrieden bin und nicht bereit bin, den vollen Preis für so einen, meiner Meinung nach schlechten Service zu bezahlen. Erhielt ich als Antwort, nein wir können ja noch mal schneiden, aber bezahlen muss ich auf jeden Fall 39 € unser Chef möchte das so... NIE WIEDER DANKE!!! I was a longtime customer of this barbershop. Today I got, with apparently a new hairdresser in this branch the worst haircut of my life. When I pointed out that I am completely dissatisfied with the service and I am not willing to pay the full price for such a, in my opinion bad service. I received as an answer, no we can cut again, but I have to pay in any case 39 € our boss would like that ... NEVER AGAIN THANK YOU !!!

Appointments are readily available, even if you have a preferred hairdresser, and the quality has always been consistent and satisfying. It is a bit on the pricier side, but you also get coffee, juice or sparkling wine with your service, if you're into that kind of thing.
