Supernetter Juwelier! Extrem kundenorientiert! Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, faire Preise! Hier werden auch Änderungen gemacht, es wird immer versucht eine Lösung zu finden. Ich habe hier eine Kette umarbeiten lassen: sie hatte einen fix befestigten Stein in der Mitte und ich wollte einen schwebenden damit sich der Stein nicht immer verdreht! Gelungen! ✌️ Schönes Sortiment! Sie haben auch ein eigenes Hochzeitsstudio nebenan wo sich Paare in aller Ruhe Eheringe auswählen können! Volle Empfehlung! Immer gerne! ?

Ich war gestern und auch heute etwa 15 Min. bei diesem Juwelier und konnte den Angestellten und auch der Chefin bei den Beratungsgesprächen zu hören. Nur soviel, ich bin selber aus der Branche. Jeder Kunde wurde äußerst zuvor kommend, kompetent und herzlich betreut. Es war mir eine Freude, das Team bei Ihrer Arbeit zu beobachten. Sollte ich in Zukunft ein Schmuckstück mit Stil oder eine Uhr kaufen wollen, dann nur dort.

Sehr freundlich, sehr kompetent und auch Recht flott. Den 5. Stern gibt's erst wenn ich weiss was das Ersatzteil für meine Uhr gekostet hat, ansonsten, kann ich für Reparaturen nur weiter empfehlen ?

Wir haben hier sowohl unsere Trauringe (beste österreichische Qualität zum fairen Preis) als auch ich meine Uhr hier erworben. Es sind bei beiden Bestellungen leider ein paar Probleme entstanden, aber man hat hier immer sofort reagiert. Man (das nette Personal als auch die Chefin) hat mich hier immer zuvorkommend behandelt und bin daher begeistert. So stellt man sich den Juwelier ums Eck vor.

Lying and cheating store owner. I have purchased a engagement ring for my girlfriend in this store. I have specifically asked the salesclerk lady two times if I can return the ring in case something goes wrong, or the size is not a good fit. I have been told not to worry and I can return it or they can change the size for no additional cost. Unfortunately the ring did not fit and we brought it back to the store. This was a Momentos brand ring, which they manufacture in different sizes. We have asked them to please change the ring to bigger size and do not enlarge the ring, as it is already a rather thin. This time we were speaking with the store owner and she said no problem, they will change it to another one. When my fiancée went to pick up the new ring, not only the owner have charged her 13€ surcharge for 'shipping costs' she told her that it was another ring. The store owner have stated that the shipping cost was 26€ and she is only going to charge half of that. Upon closer inspection we noticed that the ring is noticeably thinner on the bottom, and the diamonds look exactly the same as before (on of the stones has a distinctive discoloration) We assume that the 26€ was the cost of the enlargement (the store owner deliberately did not show us the receipt, even when requested) Afterwards when we wanted to return the ring saying we did not get what we asked for, the store owner said they will not give us our money back we can only purchase other products in the store for the same price. As you can imagine the owner was rather rude during this conversation. In conclusion: The store owner did nothing but lie and try to cheat us out of money. The service that they provided has been specifically not what we asked for, and they have charged us for it in pretense of it being shipping cost. We had an extremely negative experience in this shop, would not recommend. Update: After a week or two my girlfriend got a call from the owner of the store saying that the ring was indeed enlarged (she said by the distributor). She said if the ring is still in mint condition we can bring it back and she will order a new one in the size that we wanted. We brought the ring back, and the new one should arrive in the next few weeks.
