Nicht die gesprächigstens Mitarbeiter, aber Service passt. After another watchmaker said that the manufacturer of my watch was bankrupt and my watch could not be repaired, I was properly advised here and they could help me. Not the most talkative employee, but service fits.
W	Wind Dagegen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche Bedienung, Wünsche werden auch kurz vor Sperrstunde sehr schnell erledigt. Nur bei "sehr günstig" kann ich mich den Vorpostern nicht ganz anschließen. Für einen Batteriewechsel habe ich bei anderen Juwelieren in der Umgebung meist um einiges weniger gezahlt. Friendly service, requests are dealt with very quickly even shortly before curfew. Only with "very cheap" can I not quite agree with the outposts. I usually paid a lot less for a battery change at other jewelers in the area.
V	Vale - ntin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war dort paar mal und das letzte mal war gestern, und zwar habe ich bei einer Guess Uhr eine Nadel gebraucht. Es wurde sofort gemacht da es ja nicht mehr als paar Minuten dauert, wurde erledigt und bei bezahlen war ich sehr erstaunt das eine normale kleine Nadel was das Armband zusammenhält 5,- kostet das finde ich heftig. Wo ich sonst gehe kostet das 1-2 € leider hate er keine momentan passend. I've been there a few times and the last time was yesterday, and I needed a needle on a Guess watch. Die Verkaufsflächen finde ich deutlich überladen aber das trifft auf alle traditionellen Juweliere zu. Very nice employee who replaced the battery in my watch within minutes. Price also fully ok. I think the sales areas are clearly overloaded, but that applies to all traditional jewelers.
D	David Weber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich wollte ich Hochzeitsringe kaufen, nachdem der Herr uns kurz angebunden mitteilte dass das Bestimmen der Ringgröße 10€ (!!) kostet, wars das. Falls es jemand nicht weiß, man muss bloß den Ring auf eine Lehre stecken und sieht die Größe. So einen Preis für 2 Handgriffe ist eine Unverfrorenheit. Selten so eine schlechte Geschäftsanbahnung bzw. Desinteresse an Kunden gesehen. Wer bemühten Service möchte ist woanders besser beraten! Actually, I wanted to buy wedding rings after the gentleman briefly told us that determining the ring size costs 10 € (!!), that's it. If someone doesn't know, you just have to put the ring on a gauge and see the size. Such a price for 2 steps is impertinence. Seldom seen such a bad business initiation or disinterest in customers. Anyone who wants hard-working service is better advised elsewhere!

Antwort: Sie haben keine Ahnung davon, Solche Kunde brauche Ich nicht. Zahlen und weg. Sehr unhöffliche auftritt kein Qualitätarbeit /nach ein Jahre wieder die selbe stück kaputt gegangen was repariert war/. Also...nie wieder..... Stay away from this shop. I criticized the increase in repair costs /last years by 150%/. Answer: You have no idea, I don't need such a message. pay and go. Very rude occurrence, no quality work /after a year the same piece broke again which was repaired/. So...never again.....
