★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bis jetzt eigentlich immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht - freundliches Personal, gut sortiert etc. Der neue Verkäufer ist aber leider ziemlich unfreundlich, daher auch der Sterne-Abzug. Wenn ich einzig meinen heutigen Einkauf bewerten müsste, gäbs nur einen Stern..
So far, always a good experience - friendly staff, well sorted, etc. The new seller is unfortunately rather unfriendly, hence the star deduction. If I only had to rate my purchase today, there would only be one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geschäft und Friseur sind gleichermaßen zu empfehlen. Termine kann man sich auch online ausmachen. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen machen gute Arbeit, meine Stammfriseurin und Favourite ist aber Elvisa.
Shop and hairdresser are equally recommended. You can also make appointments online. All employees do a good job, but my regular hairdresser and favorite is Elvisa.

Ein Stern für einen guten Schnitt (4 mm rundherum und oben nur die Spitzen - war eine überschaubare Aufgabe)
Kein Stern für zwei mal Telefon abheben, einmal ist ok zweimal wäre noch naja wenn nicht:
Kein Stern für darüber hinaus Minuten langes warten (obwohl eine andere Kollegin schon beratet) da eine betagte Dame VIP Doppelberatung bekommt während ich mit abgetrocknenten Wuschelkopf warten darf. (bei Rückkehr kein Entschuldigung oder dergleichen)
Kein Stern für kein föhnen am Schluss und mit feuchten Haaren 29.90 verlangen. (da ich scheinbar kein Gel wollte - im Winter hätte es mich eventuell noch mehr gestört ;-/
One star for spontaneous appointments within 20 minutes
A star for a good cut (4 mm all around and only the tips on top - was a manageable task)
Do not pick up the phone twice, once is ok, twice would be ok if not:
No star for waiting for minutes beyond that (although another colleague has already advised) because an elderly lady receives VIP double advice while I am allowed to wait with a dried-up wuschelkopf. (on return no apology or the like)
No star for no blow-drying at the end and ask for 29.90 with damp hair. (since I apparently didn't want any gel - in winter it might have bothered me even more; - /

Trotz Termin über halbe Stunde gewartet, Wartezeiten wie bei Ärzt*innen.
Service und Umgang mit Kund*innen ziemlich schlecht.
Generell mag ich DM, weiß aber jetzt, dass ich diese Filiale sicher nicht mehr besuchen werde.
Visit to the cosmetic studio:
Waited for more than half an hour despite the appointment, waiting times as with doctors.
Service and dealing with customers pretty bad.
In general, I like DM, but now I know that I will definitely not visit this branch again.
