Sowohl das Personal bei der Anmeldung, als auch bei der Untersuchung war extrem freundlich. Das ist heute leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr. Got an MR appointment pretty quickly. Premises are also fully ok. Both the registration and the examination staff were extremely friendly. Unfortunately, this is no longer a matter of course today.
K	Konsti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde zweimal von einer Orthopädin zum MRT überwiesen. Hier hab ich beide Male einen Termin innerhalb von 3 Tagen bekommen (Anderswo wochenlange Wartezeiten). Das klappte auf jedenfall super und muss positiv hervorgehoben werden. Mit den Befunden lief es leider nicht so gut. Mein Problem war ein freier Gelenkskörper im Sprunggelenk, weshalb ich vorgestern im Wiener AKH operiert wurde. In beiden MRTs ist dieser sogar für mich als Laie deutlich zu sehen gewesen. In den Befunden leider kein einziges Wort dazu. Die Orthopädin hats übrigens beim ersten Mal auch nicht erwähnt. Wärs beim ersten Mal erkannt worden, hätt ich mir rund 8 Monate Probleme im Fuß erspart. Fazit: MRT konnte ich sehr schnell machen, die Bilder sollten dann aber lieber mit einem Arzt angesehen werden, der sich auch ein bisschen Zeit nimmt. Was referred twice for an MRI by an orthopedist. Both times I got an appointment within 3 days (weeks of waiting elsewhere). In any case, it worked great and must be positively emphasized. Unfortunately, the results didn't go so well. My problem was a loose body in the ankle, which is why I had an operation the day before yesterday at the Vienna General Hospital. In both MRIs, this was clearly visible even to me as a layman. Unfortunately not a single word about it in the findings. Incidentally, the orthopedist didn't mention it the first time either. If it had been recognized the first time, I would have saved myself around 8 months of foot problems. Conclusion: I was able to do an MRI very quickly, but the images should then be viewed with a doctor who also takes a little time.
D	Djoko Maksimovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wichtigen Termin für zwei MRT Untersuchungen gehabt. Eine Stunde vorher angerufen damit ich Nachfrage ob es ein Problem sei, dass ich mich 15 min verspäte. Sehr freundliche Dame am Telefon „Kein Problem nur müssen Sie dann villeicht warten“. Letztendlich habe ich mich um 5 min verspätet und es wurde mir Angeboten das ich nur eine Untersuchung machen kann, die weniger dringliche oder einen neuen Termin vereinbaren. Von einem Anruf weiß auch niemand etwas. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Ihr Stammpatient Had an important appointment for two MRI scans. Called an hour before to ask if it was a problem that I was 15 minutes late. Very friendly lady on the phone "No problem, you just might have to wait". In the end I was 5 minutes late and was offered that I could only do an examination that was less urgent or make a new appointment. Nobody knows anything about a call either. Afterwards, I was able to listen to or observe the one or other conversation of the lady at the reception with other patients in the waiting room. Here too, everything was perfect. The MRI examination itself took place on time and here too the staff were relaxed and friendly, even though my appointment was not until 5.30pm. Afterwards, I had the opportunity to discuss my findings with Dr. Sochor personally. He took his time and explained everything to me in such a way that I passed. Overall assessment of Diagnostikum Sochor: others should take an example from this in terms of humanity and competence.
