This branch no longer exists. I was not a customer, however. I was looked after very poorly. I have now changed the bank.

Kunden werden genarrt, bis sie sich bei der richtigen Schlange anstellen. 2 Mitarbeiterinnen der ErsteBank stehen in unmittelbarer Nähe und beobachten das Schauspiel mit Desinteresse. Kunden zu helfen, fällt ihnen nicht ein. Das Personal hier ist zum Vergessen. Die erste Bank war früher hervorragend, einzelne gute Filialen gibt es noch. Diese zählt nicht dazu. Ergänzung: da die Erste Bank auch bei der Wartung der Automaten spart, funktionieren diese nicht immer. Am Notruf-Telefon erfährt man, dass der Automat defekt ist. Trotzdem sagt der Bildschirm, man möge die Karte einstecken... Shame- das Niveau der Erste Bank ist unterirdisch...... Die Automaten hier sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Damen, die dort arbeiten, sind sehr auf ihr Äußeres bedacht. Leider stören manchmal Kunden, manche sind sogar lästig und wollen etwas. Es ist eine Frechheit, dass manche Kunden das hohe Niveau von Fachgesprächen über Kosmetik nicht zu schätzen wissen. Das bisschen Schlange stehen muss es doch wert sein. Man kann den Kunden spüren lassen, wie unbedeutend er ist, trotzdem kann man ihn nicht einmal zu dritt abwimmeln. Update 12/20/2019 Of 3 ATMs in the branch, 2 are empty or defective at 2:30 p.m. Customers are fooled until they line up in the right line. 2 ErsteBank employees are in the immediate vicinity and watch the spectacle with disinterest. They can't think of helping customers. The staff here is forgotten. The first bank used to be excellent; there are still some good branches. This is not one of them. Complemental description: since Erste Bank also saves on machine maintenance, these do not always work. On the emergency phone you can find out that the machine is defective. Nevertheless, the screen says to insert the card ... Shame- the level of Erste Bank is underground ...... The machines here are very nice and helpful. The ladies who work there are very careful about their appearance. Unfortunately, sometimes customers disturb, some are even annoying and want something. It is an insolence that some customers do not appreciate the high level of specialist discussions about cosmetics. That little queue must be worth it. You can let the customer feel how insignificant he is, but you can't even get away with three of them.
G	G S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame beim Empfang ist mehr als Inkompetent. Muss immer wieder bei Kollegen nachfragen. Nach der Frage zu einem zuständigen Betreuer wurde mir der genannt der seit Jahren nicht mehr vor Ort ist. Von den sitzenden MA kommt auch keiner und hilft der Empfangsdame. Empfinde das Kundenservice als sehr schlecht und das bei diesen hohen Kontospesen. Ich bereue den Wechsel zur Ersten und werde wohl zu einer Online Bank wechseln.. I regret switching to the first and will probably switch to an online bank ..

Tage lang komme ich in diese Hotline werde jedoch nie mit einem Berater verbunden und bis heute noch kein rückruf. Bin wirklich am überlegen die Bank zu wechseln… Incompetent, everyone...
