A	Adelaide Apostolova (Eddie) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 45 Minuten Warten um sich anzumelden (trotz Termin), dann stellt sich raus sie haben den Termin falsch eingetragen und können mich erst in ein paar Stunden drannehmen. Nie wieder! 45 minutes of waiting to register (despite having an appointment), then it turns out they entered the appointment incorrectly and can only take me in a few hours. Never again!

Nicht empfehlenswert. Unfreundlich und chaotisch I brought three assignments and apparently one of them got messed up! As a result, they did not want to send me all three treatments. Not recommended. Unfriendly and messy

Man kommt zum bestellten Termin, muss für die Anmeldung trotzdem eine Nummer ziehen und wartet darauf, dass einer von den 6 Personen vor einem dran kommt! Ist aber schwierig, da von den 6(!!!) Mitarbeitern, die da rumwuseln, nur EINE die Patienten mit Termin „abarbeitet“… nun bin ich endlich dran, da kriegt die Mitarbeiterin von ihrer Kollegin, die NICHT arbeitet noch das Telefon in die Hand gedrückt!!!! Nicht empfehlenswert!!!! FULL DISASTER!!! You arrive at the appointed time, still have to take a number to register and wait for one of the 6 people to come before you! But it's difficult, because of the 6 (!!!) employees who are scurrying around there, only ONE "processes" the patients with appointments... now it's my turn, the employee gets the phone from her colleague who is NOT working shake hands!!!! Not recommended!!!!
S	Stefan Hrsdrfr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omikron? Noch nie gehört... Terminmanagement zum davonlaufen! 20 Personen im Raum. Wenn man durch das Chaos mal durch ist geht alles ruck zuck. Deshalb zumindest 3 Punkte. Omikron? Never heard... Appointment management to run away! 20 people in the room. If you go through the chaos sometimes everything is going to jerk. That's why at least 3 points.
J	Jasmin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Terminvergabe erfolgte rasch und unkompliziert. Es ist zu empfehlen etwa 20 Minuten vor dem Termin da zu sein (Anmeldung etc.). Vor dem CT wurde mir der Ablauf genau erklärt (auch auf das Kontrastmittel und möglich "Nebenwirkungen" wurde eingegangen). Innerhalb weniger Minuten war ich auch schon wieder fertig und musste dann noch etwas 10 Minuten auf die Bilder warten. Den Befund habe ich dann elektronisch erhalten. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen waren sehr freundlich und haben die Untersuchung so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet. Sollte es mal wieder notwendig sein, komme ich mit einem guten Gefühl wieder! Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. It is recommended to be there about 20 minutes before the appointment (registration etc.). Before the CT, the procedure was explained to me in detail (the contrast medium and possible "side effects" were also discussed). Within a few minutes I was done again and then had to wait another 10 minutes for the pictures. I then received the report electronically. All employees were very friendly and made the examination as pleasant as possible. Should it be necessary again, I will come back with a good feeling!

They made me wear FFP2 mask, even though I clearly stated that I am pregnant, and quite obviously, a wheelchair user (pregnant women are exempted from wearing these particular masks, because they are getting insufficient oxygen through them). Additionally, the other co-worker was completely rude to an elderly gentleman, kept yelling at him and presumed he is Turkish just from his looks (he was not). I would never recommend this place to anybody and will definitely never come back here.
