B	Britta Isabel Lang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ging aufgrund der negativen Bewertungen mit dementsprechenden Erwartungen ins Labor. Aber muss sagen: Alle waren sehr nett, sowohl am Schalter, als auch beim Blut abnehmen. War also gar nicht so schlimm. ;-) Allerdings hatte ich es auch gut getimed, es war wenig los und damit keine stressige Situation für die Angestellten. Ich war um halb 12 dort - nüchtern! ;-) (Man muss nur einfach lang schlafen, dann vermeidet man die Stoßzeiten zwischen 8 und 9. :-D) Ein Stern Abzug gibt es weil man in diesen Zeiten mit Terminvergabe die sonst auftretenden langen Schlangen vermeiden könnte und weil ich 2mal telefonisch doch einigermaßen unfreundlich behandelt wurde. Aber vor Ort wie gesagt alles gut. :-) Went to the lab with corresponding expectations due to the negative reviews. But I have to say: Everyone was very nice, both at the counter and when taking blood. So it wasn't that bad. ;-) However, I had timed it well, it was not busy and therefore not a stressful situation for the employees. I was there at half past 12 - sober! ;-) (You just have to sleep late, then you avoid the peak times between 8 and 9. :-D) There is a star deduction because in these times you could avoid the long queues that otherwise occur by making an appointment and because I was treated somewhat unfriendly on the phone twice. But as I said everything was fine on site. :-)
H	Herr J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liebes Dostal Team, besonders bei Test‘s die privat zu zahlen sind sollten Sie am Telefon etwas kompetenter sein. Mit angehende Kunden dann auch noch am Telefon so unfreundlich umzugehen ist ein Armutszeugnis. Ich würde ihnen eine Telefon Schulung beim Elser empfehlen ! Mit freundlichen Grüßen Dear Dostal team, you should be a little more competent on the phone, especially with tests that are to be paid for privately. Dealing so unfriendly with prospective customers on the phone is a sign of failure. I would recommend telephone training at Elser! Kind regards

C	C Riebe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The decades of experience and care really show. In this Labor, there is one of the best phlebotomists ever. I felt absolutely nothing, not even the touch of the needle and that is the first time ever. Little background: I'm something of a phlebotomy connoisseure, because I get my blood drawn for some reason or another every 3-5 months since 6 years at various Labors and WGKK centers. My veins also are sometimes withdrawn and they are painfully scarred from a period of donating plasma, so yeah, I've never been so pleasantly surprised by something involving a needle ? The analyses they offer are very plenty and probably the most in one place Austria has to offer, the staff, eben the counter staff know medical basics well enough to answer questions. A lot of doctors send their blood here, but regarding the phlebotomist and the variable opening time, I'd recommend going here directly.
