★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks worse than it is. Interior is very dated and could use some thorough cleaning. Food was standard Austrian fare, as advertised at the entrance. The Sunday menu is a reduced menu with some specials but still with a lot of choices. We had a Gordon Bleu with fries (side dish could be selected from any side dish available) which had a generous portion of ham ( 3 to 4 slices) inside, a Vanillerostbraten with fried potatoes, squash-strudel (Kürbisstrudel) with mix salad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love the Backhendlsalat!! The Potato salad is home made and you taste it. They have a lovely little outside seating too underneath some chestnut trees. It is a traditional Wirtshaus and it looks like it too.
