★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren auf dem Weg zu einer Hochzeit als das hemd von meinem Mann schmutzig wurde. Schnell fuhren wir ins outlet. Wir wurden super von einem jungen Mann beraten. Das Hemd wurde uns vor ort auf Anfrage gebügelt und mein mann konnte es sofort anziehen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und vergeben 5 Sterne für die gute Kundenberatung. Sehr empfehlenswert
 We were on the way to a wedding when my husband's shirt got dirty. Quickly we went to the outlet. We were super advised by a young man. The shirt was ironed on site on request and my husband could put it on immediately. We were very satisfied and awarded 5 stars for the good customer service. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ die blusen wären ja ansich super, die mitarbeiter sind aber extrem unfreundlich bzw nicht gewillt zu helfen… man streckt sich nach den obersten blusen, die damen sehen zu, keiner fragt ob man helfen kann, da leider alle mit unterhaltungen untereinander beschäftigt sind. gut, dass es auch woanders schöne bluse zu kaufen gibt.
the blouses would be great in themselves, but the employees are extremely unfriendly or unwilling to help ... you reach for the top blouses, the ladies watch, nobody asks if you can help, because unfortunately everyone is busy talking to each other. it's good that you can buy beautiful blouses elsewhere too.

Qualität der Hemden sowieso topp-topp-topp!
Super nice saleswoman (Mrs. Kaiser) who immediately has the right size at hand and does not sell based on sales but gives excellent and honest advice to the customer. Splendid!
The quality of the shirts is top-top-top anyway!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Hauptgeschäft war die Verkäuferin sehr unfreundlich. Unwillig zu helfen und als ich fragte ob ich das Hemd offnen könnte um die Passform anzuschauen bzw. Ob sie mir helfen könnte das passende zu finden wurden wir zum Outlet gegenüber geschickt weil sie damit wir nicht alles öffnen. Zu schade hätte gern 2-3 Hemden gekauft nur leider hatte die Verkäuferin überhaupt keine lust uns zu helfen. Dafür möchte ich den Jungen Mann im Seidensticker Outlet direkt daneben loben. Er war sehr freundlich, hatte uns gleich begrüßt und auch öfters seine Hilfe angeboten. Wirklich sehr kompetent.
In the main store, the saleswoman was very unfriendly. Unwilling to help and when I asked if I could open the shirt to see the fit or if she could help me to find the right one, we were sent to the outlet across the street because they didn't open everything. Too bad would have liked to buy 2-3 shirts, but unfortunately the saleswoman didn't feel like helping us at all. For this I would like to praise the young man in the Seidensticker outlet right next to it. He was very friendly, greeted us straight away and often offered his help. Really very competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich selbst kannte die Marke aus der damaligen Fernsehwerbung. Daher war klar das man einen Blick hinein wagt. Man merkt das Produkte sehr hochwertig sind und zudem preislich sehr fair sind.
Also ein Blick hinein lohnt sich definitiv.
I myself knew the brand from the television advertising at the time. Therefore it was clear that one dares a look inside. You can tell that the products are of very high quality and are also very reasonably priced.
So it's definitely worth taking a look inside.
