Jedes mal wen ich Probleme hatte konnte ich sie anrufen und sie waren immer da für mich. Bin sehr glücklich mit meiner ENtscheidung I am an au pair with Cultural Care and I love it. Von Anfang an habe ich mich gut aufgehoben und unterstützt gefühlt, vor der Ausreise konnte man sich bei Fragen und Anliegen immer melden und es wurde einem gleich weitergeholfen. Während meiner Zeit in Amerika hatte ich die Unterstützung meiner LCC (Ansprechpartnerin der Organisation), mit der ich auch regelmäßig in Kontakt war und die bei Problemen mit der Gastfamilie oder Fragen einem auch immer zur Seite steht. I can definitely recommend Cultural Care. I was in the USA with the agency for 1.5 years and had a really great time! Right from the start I felt that I was in good hands and supported, before leaving you could always contact me if you had any questions or concerns and they would help you immediately. During my time in America I had the support of my LCC (contact person for the organization), with whom I was in regular contact and who is always there to help with problems with the host family or questions.

When I was looking for an agency before I started as an au pair I was considering quite a few different agencies but cultural care definitely convinced me from the beginning the most! Iam glad I chose to go with them! From the meeting in the vienna office Where you get to know more about the whole program to the staff connecting you to other au pairs already before you even start your journey in Austria ! You will never be alone and always have au pairs around you! The training school in NY is really unique I would say cc is offering a university campus to all the au pairs with amazing little events like pizza night or candy exchange night where you get to try all different kinds of candies from around the world! And even if you are in the states there are lcc who are living close by and also the cultural care staff in either America or back in Austria will help you with whatever you need and from my experience the really care about their au pairs well-being !!
