Leider hat das ganze auf mich sehr unkoordiniert und planlos gewirkt. Die Reise wurde zwar gefunden jedoch mit viel schlechteren Flügen als beim eigentlichen Reiseveranstalter buchbar wären und das ganze noch um satte 500€ mehr als wenn ich selbst online buchen würde. Ein Mehraufschlag ist für mich kein Problem, wenn er gerechtfertigt und nachvollziehbar ist (bessere Leistung, top Beratung, usw..). Schade, eigentlich gebe ich lieber mein Geld in Geschäften im stationären Handel aus, dennoch muss ich hier passen da weder Angebot noch Beratung ein voller Erfolg waren. I came to the travel agency with a clear idea of our planned vacation, which I had already informed myself about online (flights/guide price/etc...). Unfortunately, the whole thing seemed very uncoordinated and haphazard to me. The trip was found, but with much worse flights than could be booked with the actual tour operator and the whole thing was a whopping €500 more than if I were to book online myself. An additional surcharge is not a problem for me if it is justified and understandable (better service, top advice, etc..). It's a pity, I actually prefer to spend my money in shops in the stationary trade, but I have to pass here because neither the offer nor the advice were a complete success.
G	Georg Beck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin auch mit einer klaren Vorstellung hingegangen, wurde mir jedoch vermiesst von einer Beraterin, genauer gesagt, während des Gespräches mit dem Veranstalter wiederholte die Dame stehts das Gesagte, das sehr negativ rüberkam, und machte das Angebot sehr schlecht das ich mitgebracht hatte! Ich fühlte mich sehr unwohl, während meines Aufenthaltes bei dieser Dame, war nicht gerade einladend eine Urlaub zubuchen! I also went with a clear idea, but was missed by a consultant, more precisely, during the conversation with the organizer, the lady repeated what was said, which came across very negatively, and made the offer I had brought with me very bad! I felt very uncomfortable during my stay with this lady, not exactly inviting to book a holiday!

Bearbeitungsgebühren und muss mich sonst um nichts kümmern. Gerade in Corona Zeiten, wo Flüge kurzfristig verschoben oder gecancelt wurden, war ich froh, eine kompetente Ansprechperson zu haben, die sich prompt um eine Lösung bemüht hat. immer wieder gerne und kann Sandra Steiner nur jedem empfehlen?
