Nachtrag 10.11.2020: Geld wurde erstattet. Auf 3 Punkte hochgestuft. A returned paddle is not yet credited after 4 months. Difficult communication. The goods themselves are beyond any doubt. Addendum 11/10/2020: Money was refunded. Upgraded to 3 points.
C	Christoph Heyder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anbei mein Fazit zum Croslake BlueShell-Paddel. Hierbei kann ich mich der vorherigen Rezension nur anschließen. - Top Verpackung, schnelle Lieferung - inkl. Paddel-Tasche - das Gewicht ist überragend - das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis perfekt dafür 5☆ aber: Wegen der unterschiedlichen Blattgrössen hatte ich mir zwei Paddel (Bonneville 7,5 & Blue Shell 7,0) zum Vergleich bestellt. Nach der Entscheidung für das Blue Shell, schickte ich das Bonneville retour und bin seitdem dabei meinem Geld hinterher zu laufen. Kommunikation = 0, keine Antwort auf meine Mails, Telefon klingelt ewig, da ist der Spruch auf der Website "IMMER ERREICHBAR" schon der Hohn. Leider ist der Service nicht den Produkten/ Paddel ebenbürtig. Here is my conclusion on the Croslake BlueShell paddle. I can only agree with the previous review. - Top packaging, fast delivery - incl. paddle bag - the weight is outstanding - the price-performance ratio perfect for it 5 ☆ but: Because of the different blade sizes, I ordered two paddles (Bonneville 7.5 & Blue Shell 7.0) for comparison. After choosing the Blue Shell, I sent the Bonneville back and have been chasing after my money ever since. Communication = 0, no response to my emails, the phone rings forever, the slogan "ALWAYS AVAILABLE" on the website is a mockery. Unfortunately the service is not on a par with the products / paddles.

Anbei das Foto damit kann jeder selbst seine Meinung bilden. Von meiner Seite aus Qualität schlecht Service schlecht und NULL STERNE. Carbon paddle torn after 3 x paddling. Owner cannot derive a guarantee case. No reply to further mails. Enclosed with the photo, everyone can form their own opinion. From my side quality bad service bad and ZERO STARS.
K	King Kerosin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gutes Board..aber nach 2 maligen Gebrauch Wassereinbruch im Heckteil. Um die unteren Befestigungsteile ist das PE eingerissen und somit läuft Wasser in das Heckteil. Trotz Reklamation und der schriftlichen Zusage der Geschäftsleitung mir einen neues Heckteil zuzusenden bisher nichts erhalten. Keine Reaktion auf weitere Anfragen zu diesem Thema. Sehr kundenunfreundlich , man versucht hier Probleme wohl auszusitzen. Ich halte den Defekt auch für ein Sicherheitsrisiko. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von der Qualität und der Abwicklung von Reklamationen. Good board ... but after 2 uses water ingress in the tail section. The PE around the lower fastening parts is torn and therefore water runs into the rear section. Despite the complaint and the written approval of the management to send me a new tail section, nothing has been received so far. No response to further inquiries on this topic. Very unfriendly to the customer, one tries to sit out problems here. I also consider the defect to be a security risk. I am very disappointed with the quality and the handling of complaints.
H	Hugin Munin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, bei dieser Firma irgend etwas zu kaufen. Mein Board hatte nach wenigen Einsätzen Risse und Wassereinbruch in einer Abteilung. Daneben ist das Board obwohl viel zu instabil deutlich schwerer als angegeben und im Standbereich so geformt, daß das Wasser dort stehenbleibt, einfach eine völlige Fehlkonstruktion. Die Firma ist schlecht erreichbar und stellt sich meistens tot, wenn das so weitergeht gehe ich zum Anwalt. I can only strongly advise against buying anything from this company. After a few uses, my board had cracks and water in a department. In addition, although the board is much too unstable, it is significantly heavier than stated and in the standing area it is shaped in such a way that the water stops there, simply a complete faulty construction. The company is difficult to reach and usually plays dead, if this continues I go to the lawyer.

Mein neuer Bomber hat einen Riss im Heckteil nach wenigen Einsätzen - Wassereinbruch masiv. Werde jetzt einen Rechtsanwalt beauftragen. Caution (!) In the event of defects in the guarantee case, contacts and claims will be ignored. No response to mails or calls. My new bomber has a crack in the tail section after a few uses - massive water ingress. Will hire a lawyer now.

Nichts hier kaufen! Ich hab den Bomber 2.0 im Februar bestellt und 990€ bezahlt. Dann Ende Mai bekommen. Das hintere Teil war ohne Deck. Sofort von meinem Rückgaberecht gebraucht gemacht. Habe die Adresse bekommen wo ich es zurück senden sollte, mußte die Rücksendung selbst bezahlen. (80€) Ab diesem Zeitpunkt wurde nicht mehr auf meine Mails geantwortet. Dann per Post Zahlungsaufforderung, Mahnung geschrieben. Keine Reaktion. Anwalt eingeschaltet. Bis heute keine Reaktion, geschweige von einer Rückzahlung. Update --------------- I got the money back on October 4th. -------------------------------------------------- ----------- Attention!!! Don't buy anything here! I ordered the Bomber 2.0 in February and paid € 990. Then get it at the end of May. The rear part was without a deck. Immediately made used by my return policy. Got the address where I should send it back, I had to pay for the return myself. (80 €) From this point on, my emails were no longer replied to. Then by post payment request, written reminder. No reaction. Lawyer turned on. To date there has been no reaction, let alone a repayment.
