★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good shisha, even though it was a bit pricey for my taste (i took the cheepest one there), but you have to consider that this bar is in the very center of Vienna.
Nice ambient, but it can get crowded during the evening so make sure to call for reservation if you are going on the weekend.
Very attentive staff, fast service, shisha will be delivered within minutes from the order. They even have the buttons on the table for calling the server (for bill, shisha or drinks).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt the friendliest and most helpful staff you will find at any hookah bar in Vienna.
Great atmosphere and there's always a well balanced playlist playing.
Solid pipes and a good spread of tobaccos.
Service can get somewhat slow when crowded and because of the location the shisha is probably one of the most expensive in Vienna. Best-selling tobaccos are often sold out.
Still, highly recommended- truly a unique shisha experience.

Got lured by good reviews that were clearly fake/bought.
Shisha was below average, came with used coals and they do not change coals.
Felt scammed.
Cocktails were nice.
Service was on the slow side.
Price is ridiculous for the quality you get. Basic shisha +2 cocktails is 40E.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and friendly staff. Good music - good atmosphere. However, they don't have kitchen so only shisha and drinks. Shisha is not expensive, so the quality is not the best. And the door handle was broken - some people stuck outside and couldn't enter.
