The owner and the staff were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. She thought we were bodyguards! my brother ended up buying the shades. We were visiting Vienna from Mexico. We will cherish the memory of our visit to this business.

Kelvin asked me about how many more days I would spend in Europe. After knowing that I only had 3 days left, he offered to give me trial packs of 4 daily lenses for free. I can't thank him enough. Absolutely a wonderful experience. We also chatted briefly about Asia and travelling.

I have bought many glasses form Optic Opera. One year ago, they had very good service, and seller can speak Chinese and Taiwanese. But now nobody can speak another language?!! Just the woman always says „WAIT“. I will not buy anymore glasses. 亞洲人也不用專程在這邊買了，真的跟以前服務差太多，員工素質差差差！

For the first time, I did get personalized consulting when choosing a frame and an excellent check-up for my eyes with explanations on how things get measured and what they mean.
