★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche kompetente Beratung, außer eine Dame, ihre herablassende verhalten ist nicht das einzige Problem, sondern ihre Inkompetenz. Nach dem dritten Fehler gehe ich nicht mehr dorthin.
Friendly knowledgeable advice, except one lady, her condescending behavior is not the only problem but her incompetence. After the third mistake, I don't go there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It would have been 5 points, but there is an old grumpy woman there that tries to make your experience there as awful as possible. She is always so mean and rude, that I stay on the line longer just so that other person is free and able to service me. Once I witnessed her shouting at an older customer for being too slowly approaching the desk to order... I should have made a video and post it, so that people know her and AVOID HER, and if not possible, then go somewhere else.
