Hab mal mitgehört wie die hübsche Fr. Magister einem etwas verwahrlostem älterem Morphinisten leise sagte "...hmm - also gut, Herr Schmieder, aber Sie wissen schon: JETZT sind es dann 228 Euro die Sie uns schuldig sind, plus...". Ich find's toll. Coolest apo for the most senior clientele in the Carmelite quarter. Helpful, speak russki, hebrew, italiano, espagniol & nat jugo. I once overheard the pretty Mrs. Magister quietly saying to a somewhat neglected elderly morphinist "... hmm - well, Mr. Schmieder, but you already know: NOW it's 228 euros you owe us, plus ..." . I think it's great.
M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standardapotheke mit extra schlechtet Beratung. Prinzipiell wird zuerst mal das "Marken"medikament mit dem dreifachen Preis nahegelegt. Erst nach wiederholtem Nachfragen lässt sich die gnädige Dame hinter dem Schalter dazu herab die vorhandenen Medikamente zu erklären. Also insgesamt schreckliche Kunden experience, Beratung null, Fachwissen lückenhaft (kennen nicht mal eigene Produkte) und allgmein genervt von Kunden. Ist ja auch mehr Arbeit. Standard pharmacy with extra bad advice. In principle, the "branded" drug is suggested at three times the price. Only after repeated inquiries can the lady behind the counter explain the existing medication. So overall terrible customer experience, zero advice, incomplete expertise (don't even know their own products) and generally annoyed by customers. It's more work.

Unfreundlich trage mein Geld woandershin. I have never seen such lousy staff in any pharmacy as in this one. When I wanted to buy a mask, I had my T shirt halfway up my face because the nose was sticking out, it rebuked me. Unfriendly carry my money elsewhere.

Wenn sich dann aber eine schwangere Frau, nachdem sie 15 min bei 32°C Außentemperatur kurz hinsetzen will, und deshalb unfreundlich angesprochen wird ( "sind jetzt 3 Leute hier und keiner braucht was?"), habe ich kein Nachsehen mehr. Abgesehen davon gab es kein "Bitte", "Danke", "guten Tag" etc. I understand that currently only three k Customers are allowed to be in the pharmacy. But if a pregnant woman, after she wants to sit down briefly for 15 minutes at 32 ° C outside temperature, and is therefore spoken to in an unfriendly manner ("Are there 3 people here now and nobody needs anything?"), I am no longer left behind. Apart from that there was no "please", "thank you", "hello" etc.

Abgesehen davon, dass eine Kollegin mir die falschen Zettel zum Abholen von Medikamenten gegeben hat, (woher soll ich das wissen!?) wurde ich von ihr hingestellt als würde ich mir unlauter etwas erschleichen wollen. Anstatt meine Bestellung zu überprüfen wurde ich als Betrügern hingestellt, trotz Rezept und Rechnung mit Bestellnummer. Als sich herausstellte, dass ich recht hatte und NICHTS für das Malheur konnte wurde die Dame plötzlich sehr freundlich. Zu spät. Sie spinnen wohl, ICH BIN DOCH KEIN DIEB!!! Apart from the fact that a colleague gave me the wrong notes to pick up medication (how should I know that !?) I was portrayed by her as if I was trying to sneak something unfairly. When it turned out that I was right and could NOT do anything for the mishap, the lady suddenly became very friendly. Too late. You're crazy, I AM NOT A THIEF !!!
