Sie haben alle Dinge, die man braucht lagernd und falls doch einmal ein Medikament zu bestellen ist, ist es innerhalb 2 Stunden zum Abholen bereit. Bestellungen gehen auch praktischerweise per Mail oder telefonisch. Top! The staff are always friendly and the advice is very competent. You have all the things you need in stock and if you need to order a drug, it is ready to be picked up within 2 hours. Orders are also conveniently sent by email or phone. Top!

Auch unsere Tochter ging freiwillig testen da gewisses Einfühlungsvermögen geboten wurde. Ein großes Dankeschön an dieses Team ? Online-Anmeldung hat sehr gut funktioniert und vor Ort gab es auch keine Warteschlange. Sämtliche Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Eingang liegt ein bisschen versteckt, ist aber ansonsten gut beschriftet und leicht auffindbar. I had a throat swab test. The procedure went very quickly and smoothly. Online registration worked very well and there was no queue on site. All of the employees were very nice and courteous. The entrance is a bit hidden, but is otherwise well labeled and easy to find.

Ich habe eine Infektion, und der Arzt hat mir und meinem Mann eine Medikamente geschrieben, damit die Infektion nicht weggeht! Ich nehme an, Sie sind Apothekerin, also können Sie es selbst herausfinden. Es lag nur an Ihnen, mir zu antworten, welche Medikamente für ihn ist, nicht zu diskutieren! Needless discussion about why my doctor gave a cure for me and my husband ? Reply!!! I have an infection and the doctor wrote me and my husband medication to keep the infection from going away! I assume you're a pharmacist so you can find out for yourself. It was only up to you to answer me what medication is for him, not to discuss!

Nachdem ich bereits dreimal sagte weiter geht es nicht wurde die Dame unfreundlich. Sie meinte Sie müsse sich jetzt für mich bücken. Wenn Sie das bei jedem Abstrich macht bekommt Sie Rückenbeschwerden. Die Prozedur des Abstriches ist ebenfalls ekelhaft. Nachdem Sie das erste mal in meinen Mandeln herumstocherte meinte Sie ich soll jetzt den Speichel schlucken und Sie wiederholte das ganze. Ich werde nicht nochmal hingehen Unhöflichkeit und Respektlosigkeit gepaart mit Überheblichkeit das brauche ich nicht. Null Sterne !!! During the throat swab, I was rudely approached and told to give my head back. After I said three times it doesn't work, the lady became rude. She said you have to bend down for me now. If you do this with every smear, you will get back problems. The swab procedure is also disgusting. After she poked around in my tonsils for the first time, she said I should now swallow the saliva and she repeated the whole thing. I won't go there again Rudeness and disrespect paired with arrogance I don't need that. Zero stars !!!
B	Brigitta Ballai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They let my mom pay for her medicaments, however she is in pension and 100% charge-free, however 2 days ago, 2 weeks ago, 2 months ago the same apotheke still acknowledge her giving medicaments free of charge. I had to go back today 3 times today and no matter what prove I bring - they do not accept it, however putting the e-card should give the answer but they refuse to do it. The Chefin of this apotheke (whose name I cannot disclose here ) but was also mentioned in other feedbacks here, talked to me very on a very unfriendly way like - "ohh you do not wanna pay for medicaments.... you know how many people do not wanna pay? And how many times I hear that a day? I do not believe what you are saying"... I have spent like 5 hours with this topic today, called health insurance etc... but no willingness to listen and provide solution in the Apotheke. My mom made a mistake by paying in the apotheke while she otherwise would not have gotten the medicines. Find a better place with a better service. This is not how health industry should work and take care of us. UPDATE: The money was returned to me today - despite the fact that the Apotheke lost one of the subscriptions of mine since yesterday.
