This doctor has saved me many times, the ordination is super easy to reach, friendly, understanding and helpful. I really have to say thank you for your great service to our health. And thank you for helping me out of health problems so often!

Den Umgangston empfand ich als sehr unfreundlich, sie wollte mich abtun mit "jaja, das kennen wir.. das sagen viele... ich erkenne Sie bereits an der Stimme..." , obwohl ich zuvor weder in der Ordination war, noch dort angerufen habe. Zum medizinischen Aspekt kann ich nichts sagen. Absolutely terrible office help! I found the tone of conversation very unfriendly, she wanted to dismiss me with "yes, we know that .. many say that ... I can already recognize you by the voice ...", although I was neither in the ordination before nor there called. I cannot say anything about the medical aspect.

Ich habe 8 Therapien (von verschiedenen Therapeuten jeden Tag, einige launisch) und es tut mehr weh als am Anfang, ich bitte um einen Termin und sie sagen das in 20 Tagen! Muss ich 20 Tage auf den schmerzenden Arzt warten? Keine E-Mail für Beschwerden. ? terrible all the phone and the personal attention especially with the older assistant. I have 8 therapies (from different therapists every day, some moody) and it hurts more than at the beginning, I ask for an appointment and you will say so in 20 days! Do I have to wait 20 days for the doctor who is in pain? No email for complaints. ?
P	Priska Juen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soeben angerufen, 12.10.2021 13:00. nach 15 Minuten Wartezeit bekam ich von der Sprechstunden Hilfe die Information, am 28.10. 21 gibt den ersten Termin beim Arzt, am 29.10. soll ich laut Bewilligung der SVS mit der Behandlung begonnen haben, Artz zählt nicht dazu....? Just called, 10/12/2021 1:00 p.m. after 15 minutes of waiting I got the information from the office hours on October 28th. 21 gives the first appointment with the doctor, on October 29th. should I have started the treatment according to the approval of the SVS, Artz is not one of them ....?

He gave me a diagnosis which stated that all was okay with my spine. 4 years later I have severe problems and looking at my x-rays from 2011, it would have been easy to tell, because I have a scoliose. Dr. Malus did not find it fit to warn me and give me recommendations on how to live with a crooked spine. I am very dissappointed since my house Dr. says that he is a very good doctor and recommends him to her patients. I really don´t see why. He also did not examine me properly. So I really wonder why he gets recommended.
