Das Team ist sehr nett. Ich gehe seit Jahren nur noch in diese Apotheke. Es stehen mehrere Fachkräfte zur Verfügung, daher ist auch bei großen Andrang die Wartezeit sehr kurz! I get everything I need here and if it is not in stock, I will not be referred to the pharmacy 2 corners further, but will be asked if I would like to get it later because it is being asked! The team is very nice. I have only been going to this pharmacy for years. There are several specialists available, so the waiting time is very short, even with a large crowd!

Allerdings ist es nur eine eher kleine Apotheke, und wenn man mal ein bisschen speziellere Medikamente oder bestimmte Packungsgrößen braucht, muss immer erst bestellt werden. Die Bestellungen kommen aber schnell, meistens noch am selben Tag. The staff is always friendly and gives good advice. Ohne jegliche Beratung und weitere Nachfrage wollte er mir sofort das teuerste Mittel verkaufen. Von Privatsphäre keine Spur: manche Dinge müssen die Kunden nicht wissen. Allerdings war ich gezwungen, meine Bitte nach einem Medikament so lange und immer lauter zu wiederholen, bis der gesamte Raum wusste, um welches Problem es sich mir handelte... äußerst unangenehme Situation! Ist etwas nicht lagernd, wird es nachbestellt und man kann es am gleichen Tag abholen. Ich gehe nur in diese Apotheke I cannot understand these negative reviews. Austrian family business for generations with friendly, competent staff. If something is not in stock, it will be reordered and it can be picked up on the same day. I just go to this pharmacy
