Today I came again for a lipstick. The sales assistant was so warm and friendly. I only bought one lipstick but the after sale service was impeccable! I got few small samples, despite only making a small purchase. They really make me feel special. I would definitely recommend visiting the store in person just for the wonderful experience there. Love this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely loved the Chanel beauty store in Vienna. The (young) shop assistant was very kind and helpful. I received samples of Chanel lipstick, so many shades!! And also Chanel sleeping mask which I adore. I was very impressed, it wasn’t my last visit.
