★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, nice place to have a break and eat during a skiing day. We had a sunny day, so we enjoyed the big terrace of the hotel and ate outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful place with lovely atmosphere, services is close to perfection, the service woman named "Mona" is maybe one of the best i have seen. Food is delicious and the wines... Omg they're just awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to both the a la carte and cafeteria style restaurants. Both had amazing service and great views. The atmosphere is fun and loud. Great for families. Great location. Good food. A good place to stop for lunch on the slopes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burg Hotel employee was walking her dog without a leash. Dog ran over a woman and the woman fell. The Burg employee just kept walking and ignored the woman. Terribly arrogant staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am joining the many comments about the rude staff. I really recommend the Thurner Hof or Zuerser Hof instead! Its kind of a buzz kill to spend your holidays being treated badly by a bad hotel manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cancelled our room last minute and treated us incredibly badly. We lost a lot of money on travel due to their incompetence and they ruined our holidays. I’m shocked that someone in the tourism Industrie would act so unprofessionally and rudely. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.
