M	Marco Schwarz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our (panorama) room was very loud with permanent noise coming from other rooms (and the kitchen). Staff offered us a bottle of champagne as an apology. However, for such a pricey room and a hotel advertising relaxation in the mountains, this is not acceptable. I‘d recommend booking another hotel in the area.. EDIT: Unfortunately, the respinse of the hotel below again shows that the staff doesn’t listen to your needs and does only find excuses and no solutions. The noise came clearly from inside and we didn’t hear music from any wedding party at all. Also, we have asked for a price reduction and got a bottle of champagne instead which we didn’t want (we consumed no champagne in the hotel before).. A hotel 4*+ hotel simply can’t blame the guests if the problem has not occurre before. Stay away.

You couldn't feel more welcome whether it's at breakfast, lunch or diner. Or at the bar in the evening. Great room with incredible view and very luxurious bathroom. The location suits summer and winter enthusiasts. Not often have I stayed at such an incredible hotel.

Upon arrival we were told that the restaurant is closed but that we can have a table outside (which was a bit of of an issue w our kids) but would need to order fast since the kitchen was closing at 230pm (why then give us a table at 230 if thats the time the kitchen closes?). Proceeded to order food. Were then told (20min after ordering) that the kitchen staff had gone home and that we could only have cold cuts or Kaiserschmarrn. Owner was apologetic but not convincing (some staff apparently had CoVid - however, all other guests were served well until up to 230pm). Overall disappointing, even more considering the price level.
