G	Gloria Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoy our annual ski holiday in Oberlech and always stay at Hotel Bergkristall for more than a decade. When they can, our now grown children and their friends join us. We all love the warm hospitality and friendly atmosphere--even their dog welcomes us! The food could not be better. We recommend Spaghetti Renate or the 1 kg of mussels for lunch (more than enough for two), either on their sundeck outside, or inside their cosy restaurant. Their weiner schnitzel is first class and their breakfast buffet the best anywhere. Drinks by the fireplace in the evening are a great way to end a day on the slopes. The wonderful staff are ever helpful, whether for getting ski passes, tracking down errant ski instructors, making reservations at outside restaurants, bringing extra towels or toiletries, what have you. Their goal is to make sure that the holiday experience is as perfect as can be--and it always is, which is why we will continue to return every year.

The food is absolutely delicious. Dinner is a looking-forward event!!! and what about breakfast! so many different possibilities, with fresh and finest ingredients!!! The kids were delighted and so were we. We will come back for sure!

Everything was perfectly in order, from the service, to the comfortable rooms, the magnificent spa-chalet, to the perfect culinary experience thanks to their dedicated chef(s). To be recommended, we will certainly be back!
A	ARNOLD LINNEWIEL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is in all aspects a top hotel! The employees and the the owners, the Wrann family, are very hospitable. The kitchen is from an excellent quality. Moreover, the hotel offers a lot of wellness activities. Also our grandchildren of 3 and 4 years old, were very welcome. We'll come back next year!
P	Philippe Beaujanot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is comfortable and with good rooms. Good ski room. Well located in Oberlech, close to lift ( ski in/out). Food is fine, but not outstanding. Service is very poor, food took a long time to arrive, they did not lift the finished dishes, in general staff are very unfriendly with children and very few of them greet. Mrs. and Mr. Wrann always with a nice smile, Miguel at the front desk very friendly and willing to help. We had a very good ski week!!!

Waiters and waitresses we felt less friendly and experienced than before..? Spa/wellness area is very nice. It would be really of added value to find a more experienced, friendly, welcoming person for massages, beauty etc.
A	Anas Bader on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent a week over Christmas at Bergkristall, very elegant hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Requests were always quickly handled with professionalism. A big Shout-out to Johannes for being an absolute star, a very competent and empathetic person ! The experience was Generally Positive. Minus 1 star for: 1- very late breakfast which starts at 8:00 AM in the morning which was a big cause of stress since skiing typically starts at 9 2- the room was a bit overheated during the first two days (the issue was handled quickly by the staff and the temperature was regulated) 3- The room feels very small as it is overfilled with furniture which we barely used. 4- The open bathroom design does not feel very comfortable.

Food and service especially in the restaurant was great! 5 stars for this. 4-4,5 star rating only because the room was good but not great. What we would like to point out explicitly is the fantastic service by Timea and her team. She really did such a great job, attentive and always absolutely on spot! She made our holidays a special experience and made us feel very welcome. Thank you very much Timea.
