H	Hendrik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and good food, the rooms are nice and bang for buck is quite nice! Furthermore the location is amazing, as it is located on the mountain and you can ski down the mountain before you take your first skilift. It is nice aswell during lunchtime, with a nice area outside with heated seats to battle the cold! Food was of equally high standard there too.
E	Emily Tulloch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friendly welcome from the front desk but that apart, we were not impressed with a distinct lack of atmosphere of the hotel, nor the fact that I had to pay an additional 3.5euros for a hot water along with an expensive hot chocolate! Despite there being no one else in the room, we felt we were being encouraged to go as soon as we had finished our drinks by the waitress. The waitress spoke good English, so we couldn’t put it down to a language barrier. We decided we definitely did not want to eat here, despite me being a member of La Chaine de la Rotisserie, as is the hotel.

Location is one of the best spot! The sunny days you better to reserve the table on the terrace! Place to be and enjoy!!! Well done!

Excellent rooms, which were always kept clean and the food.....well that was another thing entirely. Quiet possibly the best food I've had from Austria. If there were any change requests they were more than happy to cater and at breakfast if you can make it they can cook it. With regards to the skiing the reception staff were more than happy to assist in booking lessons and hiring equipment if needed, ordering lift passes and recommending the best runs around. Overall a top quality experience and definitely worth while.

M	Millie Bresnahan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped as a family for a hot chocolate and a couple of drinks. The waiter added a bottle of wine onto the bill which we didn’t have. When we queried this they were exceptionally rude and didn’t say a thing.. not even a sorry for their own mistake. When we found out our other booking at the Burg hadn’t been registered we politely asked if we could stay to have some lunch. As we asked they didn’t even say no, they laughed and waved saying “thanks, goodbye” and spoke over us. As a family who even tipped the waiter as well after this awful service I am shocked that people would return.
