★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love our stay at this hotel. Very friendly people and a lot of fun chatting with them. They speak very good English. The room is large and clean. The large bed is very comfortable. The hotel does not have on-site parking, but the public lot is just a short walk away, and there is parking space for loading/unloading at the hotel. And it's an easy 10 minute walk to the town center. Will definitely look them up again next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay here!! So much better than someplace like the heritage. The rooms were beautiful and unique as well as very very clean. Also very accommodating to us and our situation, letting us check in unbelievably early. The staff (ownership) was absolutely amazing. Friendly and incredibly helpful, as well as genuine. This hotel truly cares about its guests, their comfort, and experience. If we go back, this will be our first choice.

Rooms were clean, spacious and very well thought out.
Breakfast was included and was a great way to start a day full of sightseeing
Location is great - very close to the funicular train station, to a supermarket and right beside the lake.
Shout out to our host - she was excellent and made us feel so welcome
She personalised out trip with bar, restaurant and site recommendations
We will be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is perfectly located in Hallstatt. You can park at P2 for only 15 euro per 24 hours, which is enough to visit Hallstatt. The owner is really nice and helpful. The room is clean and has everything you need. The breakfast is really good and she’s making fresh scrambled eggs on request. I’d highly recommend this hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good breakfast, excellent sound insulation of the windows, helpful management. We stayed there for two nights. On the first morning, the big flat screen TV was on in the breakfast area. I found that unnecessary. The description mentions that parking is "available", we later found out that this was not included in the price. Maybe a misunderstanding from our side. Overall, a good place to stay.
