★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartments, train station is just a few minutes walk away, swimming area is not far as well and a ship to Hallstatt leaves just 3 minutes walk away. Clean and comfortable rooms. I gave 4 stars because the care takers speak neither German nor English. Communication was a bit hard, or else I would book here again.

Best view from this apartment of Lake and mountains.
Best part was it offers breakfast and also a pizzeria is nearby.
Room Service is good and the staff is very friendly. Booked via booking.com.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely rooms and facilities and perfect location for the lake. Next door to a lovely restaurant and also small minimarket nearby. Soooo different to Halstatt across the lake. Obertraun is lovely and peaceful yet you can get the ferry to Halstatt and get into the touristy village there. Will hopefully come back to the same accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wifi was weak when in the room (10a), but very comfy, view from the room is stunning! Great location to go 5 fingers. Very good hospitality, kind and warm staff! Would like to visit again! Highly recommended :)
