Highly recommended - wonderful staff! My family and I were in a very difficult situation due to the Austrian COVID-19 lockdown. No one was able to help us until Christian, the hotel's Front Office Manager. Christian went out of his way help us and worked with us and hotels.com to resolve our situation. We are incredibly grateful for his time and kindness. It is refreshing in this day and age to come across someone so kind. We will definitely return once the lockdown is over. Thank you Christian - vielen, vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Be very aware when booking this hotel, they do not offer refunds if the country goes into lockdown, for a hotel to not provide flexible bookings during these times is unacceptable. There was also no choice of refundable or flexible rates- only the full up front booking payment non refundable.

I had a drink at the rooftop terrace. Great views over Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains indeed. However the place was full of heavy smokers, with no separate smoking zone. Therefore I strongly advise to avoid by people sensitive to smoke.

Staff (one person) was very welcoming. Th first room we got had some socks laying on the floor, looked like the floors weren’t cleaned. After the staff gave us a new room, the bathrobe had someone’s used mask in the pocket (I realised it when I already put it on), so the bathrobes weren’t clean either in the second room. We also found a hygiene pad in the closet and the windows had a lot of stains on them so at night when the light was on it was impossible to enjoy the view. There was only one person that day working at the reception so we had to wait so long for everything and it was really hard to reach the person, because he was always busy. Once we were standing in our bathrobes in the lobby for 35min to wait for the receptionist, because of another disturbance. I was in shock from the dirt and inconveniences we had to encounter in just one day, that I just couldn’t stop crying. The second day we were moved to another room, which also had dirty windows and even the staff saw it and sent a cleaner up. She needed to be assisted to clean the windows, because she said she can’t see where is dirty. So I showed her where to clean and stood by to make sure she does it. The toilet was broken as well in the third room but I was exhausted of running up and down the hotel filing in complaints that I gave up. We spent half of our time correcting errors and trying make ourselves feel comfortable, which never happened for us and we deeply regret choosing this hotel. It was truly stressful. For all the inconveniences we were offered free breakfast, one beverage from the bar, a bottle of champagne and dinner room service. Also our third room was upgraded to a suite level, but it was still dirty so I didn’t see the benefit there.

It's a nice hotel in a great location but with a mixed experience. First, I must give compliments to all the front staffs, they are welcoming and helpful. The room itself is modern spacious and with a fantastic postcard view of the Tyrol mountain. Waking up to that is magical. Problems starts with housekeeping, they clean the room fine but don't replace towers and tea bags, shower gel ran out also never noticed. I find this marred the nice experience. The fancy choice of hand held shower is difficult to use, with uneven water temperature and pressure. It's possible to scald oneself if not careful. These are hardware problems which may be hard to fix. I may have given it 3 star, but I gave 4 because their staffs really stood out.

Very nice view from right out of your bed. Friendly staff. One star off as the room was just super hot and there was no air conditioning available (I guess the hotel switches on heating only in the winter months). Restaurant was busy, food only OK. I would definatelly stay here again but would most likely eat elsewhere.
