★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged me a fine for using a non valid "vignette", 149€. They told me that is not my fault and they are going to cover erverything, 1 month later I still waiting the money. Never with the same company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER rent a car here. We rented a car, PREPAID the car, and showed the voucher and recipet. But they would only give us the car, if we paid AGAIN. On top of thet they were very unfriendly and rude to us. Very very very bad experience. We NEVER use BUDGET CAR RENT again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a small car, they upgraded me to a wagon, when I returned the vehicle they found a small inconspicuous mark on the tyre that I did not do. They charged me $660 euro to repair and refused to show evidence of repair. Beware of there scam. Avoid this company. Crooks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I arrived they didn't have my car, 9 seat van- it was not yet returned by previous customer. After half an hour discussion I got a temporary car, returned it 4 hours later, unload/load all our stuff, finally left ...When I returned the car week later, delayed by traffic for one (1) hour, no one met me to close the contract - they simply charged me an extra day, that's it. Beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is horrible! We made a reservation 4 weeks ahead, got a confirmation, but Budget told us they gave the car to another customer. "First come, first serve." I asked if they understood the concept of "reservation". Because apparently, they do not. They are utterly unrealiable and unprofessional, and I would strongly advise anyone NOT to employ their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE. Booked for 6:30 when I arrive the office is closed even though should still be open. Called and they told me to come back next day no problem. Came back next day to pick up and now Budget are charging me double the price I booked and unable to change price back to original. I was actually the one who noticed when the card amount was way too much. They tell me this happens all the time and often there are no cars available even after booking. Wouldn’t strongly advise to use another rental here like SIXT or Alamo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service and customer service. we arrived at the airport and the office to rent the car was closed they were not reachable after half an hour we got a number from another car rental company for one of their employees. Came to the conclusion that they are who knows why too late but on their way. We waited a long two hours before they arrived. Would not recommend renting a car here.
