wir kamen spät abends in Innsbruck an, bedingt durch einen verspäteten Flug, konnten wir den ursprünglich gemieteten Wagen nicht in Empfang nehmen.
Exclusiv Autoverleih hat uns den neuen Wagen sogar vor die Tür gefahren uns super nett empfangen und eingewiesen.
Service at its best, mit österreichischem Charme - gerne wieder.

we arrived in Innsbruck late in the evening, due to a delayed flight, we were unable to receive the originally rented car.
Exclusive car rental even drove the new car to our door and welcomed and instructed us very nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Donnerstagabend, 18:57 Uhr, Reifenpanne in Innsbruck. Alle Mietwagenstationen schon seit 18:00 Uhr geschlossen, außer Exclusiv Autoverleih! Öffnungszeiten bis 19:00 Uhr, ich also sofort angerufen, sofort ein Auto zu einem super Preis bekommen und konnte den Wagen auch noch um 19:30 Uhr abholen! Dann spontane Verlängerung um einen Tag, Abgabe SONNTAG! 16:00 Uhr und werde auch noch zum Bahnhof gebracht. Das es das noch gibt: Fairer Preis und Service at its best!! Kundenservice, von dem noch viele lernen können. Danke, Dietmar!
