★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best airstrip coming through the mountains while approaching landing and excellent views of the mountains when stepping onto the tarmac! After that... v small airport quite basic. Should be 3 stars but views get an extra star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small airport located in a central location to popular ski areas. Facilities are okay but not many shops or eateries were seen. You have to wear a FFP2 mask and the regular medical mask is not accepted. You an of course buy a mask at the airport it self. The bus F from just outside the airport can take you to the innsbruck railway station from which you can get connections to all parts of Austria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody seems to care about COVID here and the staff simply ignores it! A lot of drunk people, there was even a person who had to throw up next to me. Only a small coffee store that offers nothing fresh or tasty. If you want to go back from your skiing holiday, go back from Zurich Airport! It is so much better than this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite small but very efficient airport. I used it for a ski break with Tui. My bags and ski were available as soon as I got my passport stamped. All on the same level unlike some airport. Would have been 5 stars but there's not much there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small and nice airport. Everything is very close together. Everything is reaching by foot. Even the way form the gate to the airplane is in walking distance.
Unfortunately due to COVID-19 there are not soo many flights leaving and arriving Innsbruck. But everything is going very fast here and that's why i enjoy this airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, the capacity of the airport is small, but the smaller exactly need more management. Since check-in, until boarding, only the check-in time is managed by the flight time, but even the check-in count also is changed, and confused. Boarding pass checking is same time with luggage security checking, not in advance before join security checking queue. No guideline for priority boarding passengers, everybody stucked at boarding gate... Innsbruck really need a better airport, or an airport management team to match her lovely position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute chaos on our flight home. Not enough check in desks or security lanes open for the number of passengers resulted in us queuing out the door to get to check in, then being sent back outside to queue for security. Eventually got through but our flight was delayed by 40 minutes
