Z	Zoe Blaauw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service, made us wait over an hour as our car was not ready without any apology. Robert then gave us a smaller car than what we booked (and paid for!!!!) and we had to sit with bags all over us making our long drive so uncomfortable to make matters worse he then refused to take the boot cover that we had to remove for the bags in the boot. Further he refused to show us how the snow chains worked, we put them on later to discover the chains were extremely old and rusted. Never have I had such horrendous service, I would give 0 stars if this was an option. Horrific!

There was a phone to call if they weren’t there, but unfortunately they did not answer...for over 45 minutes. We called Hertz who gave us another number to call, where no one answered. Probably never renting from Hertz again.
H	Helmut Zahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. We found the desk empty, when we arrived. The attendant ( an extremely unfriendly young lady) arrived 15 minutes later. We were then told off for being early! The car we had booked was not available and no real alternative was given. No attempt at being helpful was made. Because we were early we were also charged an extra day as we were 30 minutes "outside the 30 minute courtesy" of the company! Not a great start to the holiday. Cannot recommend this place.

Bad: The day I was supposed to drop the car back, I called in the early morning to ask if I could drop the car 2 hours later than I had planned (from 12h to 14h), and if so how much would it cost. The lady on the phone pretty much said: Well, I am home right now, I have no access to the system so I can't help, I also don't know the price, how much did you pay? you know how much you paid right? You are going to pay an extra day if you come later. I know it would cost more, i'm calling to ask how much and the lady on the phone was very unhelpful. I brought the car back and she was almost waiting for us, took a very close look at the cars for damages quickly says "okay" and walks away to very quickly close the office and leave. very unfriendly and unhelpful.

Not recommended, and be careful with your personal info, when they got your credit card information they just keep trying to takes your money away.

The owner lady was extremely helpful and supportive after the third party affiliate (travel agency in the USA) that booked my rental pickup (when I landed at the Innsbruck airport) apparently messed up the total cost of the rental. She was extremely helpful and supportive and helped me get an alternative ride so I could get to my destination after traveling all day.
b	brendan omalley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! They will charge you an extra fee even if your car was returned on-time, filled with fuel and has no damage. When we returned our car during business hours, the Hertz desk was closed, so a different rental company had to help us figure out where to park the Hertz car (I will be renting from that company next time). Did not contact me or send me a receipt until 3 weeks after the car was returned and big surprise there was a charge for an extra day even though I was well within the 1 hour grace period.
R	Ralph Kent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. Paperwork on collection of the vehicle took less than 10 minutes, car was good, very quick return. Staff helpful on the phone when I thought we might need to extend our hire period after our return flight was cancelled.
