Angefangen davon dass ich beschuldigt wurde eine falsche Dichtung montiert zu haben ( die hat jedoch vor 3 Jahren ein Mitarbeiter des gleichen Unternehmens installiert!) war besonders der ältere Herr sehr wortkarg und nicht gerade freundlich. Wenn man mit seiner Arbeit nicht zufrieden ist soll man es lassen. Er kam mir sehr genervt vor. Klar wird der Fall über die Versicherung abgewickelt, jedoch zahl ich mit meinen Beiträgen den Lohn Ihrer Mitarbeiter. Leider kann man in Graz mittlerweile die meisten Firmen vergessen. Ab sofort bezahle ich es lieber selbst und nehme ein anständiges Unternehmen mit österreichischen Fachkräften! There are 3 stars for the very, very nice lady who organized the appointment. Clearly the case is handled by the insurance company, but I pay the wages of your employees with my contributions. Unfortunately, most companies can now be forgotten in Graz. From now on, I prefer to pay for it myself and take a decent company with Austrian specialists!
