Er hatte schon eine "Diagnose" bevor er die Waschmaschine überhaupt angesehen hatte. Auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen konnte er mir nicht erklären was genau das Problem war und war generell nicht bereit zu kommunizieren. Die Rechnung kam natürlich zu mir, da hätte ich mir gewünscht auch ordentlich informiert zu werden! The installer was not appointed by me, but by the property management. He had a "diagnosis" before he even looked at the washing machine. Even after asking several times, he could not explain to me exactly what the problem was and was generally not ready to communicate.
