Nachmittag davor sind die Bauarbeiter stundenlang herumgesessen!). Offenbar schlechtes Zeitmanagement, da in Schlussphase sogar samstags und Sonntags Bauarbeiten mitten im Wohngebiet stattfanden. Offensichtlich auch Beschäftigung von Schwarzarbeitern, da bei angedrohtem Anruf bei Finanzpolizei plötzlich 4 Bauarbeiter von der Baustelle verschwanden. Recklessly noisy construction workers (construction site radio, etc ... I'm not talking about construction noise., Stemmarbeiten early in the morning .... Afternoon before the construction workers are sitting around for hours!). Apparently bad time management, since in closing phase even on Saturday and Sunday construction work took place in the middle of the residential area. Obviously also employment of black workers, as threatened call with financial police suddenly 4 construction workers disappeared from the site.

RECHNUNG: Vorarbeiter 203 Euro Helfer 185 Euro Transport. 69 Euro Material 40 Euro Gesamt Brutto inkl UST 597 Euro!! Wenns um Geld geht, gibt’s nur ein Schlagwort bei dieser Firma : "Mehr!" A floor joint seal was required. 15 min work, one person! INVOICE: Foreman 203 euros Helper 185 euros Transport. 69 euros Material 40 euros Total gross including VAT 597 euros !! When it comes to money, there is only one catchphrase at this company: "More!"

Laut Anwohnerinformation hätte die Baustelle im September 2020 bereits fertig gestellt werden müssen, aber nach wie vor sind 7 in der Früh Arbeiten mit dem Presslufthammer. Auch ansonsten gab es nur Probleme, zu lautes Baustellenradio, Baubeginn vor 6 Uhr in der Früh etc. Wirklich unzumutbar in einem Wohngebiet. Auch die Finanzpolizei sollte vielleicht einmal vorbei schauen... Terrible construction company. A house renovation has been underway across from us for over a year.
