★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Viennese atmosphere but the service wasn't the best. Our one server was overloaded, and other servers outright ignored us even when we called them as they walked by our table or waved in their faces.
Food was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No attention from waiters. We were seated at a table that had the remains of the previous client order and left to wait for about 15 minutes. Went to the person that was checking the vaccines and asked if they’re any waiters around and after being told someone will come and take the order the waiter completely ignored us like he was offended. Took our things and left. Found much better service at Chattanooga, been seated and served in less than 5 minutes.

Prices are okay considering it’s at the heart of Vienna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for 15min, waiter passed us by a few times but never took our order. Read up other reviews while we were waiting there, and I see that we’re not an exception for this pathetic service experience.
TL;DR: Go elsewhere if you expect service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was nice but I am left shocked by the experience! No greeting, staff just ignored me and I had to ask to sit down. There is no smiling here, just very miserable staff. I was charged €1.10 for a little sachet of butter!!!! When she brought the bill over I sent the butter back and this wasn't received well at all. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I paid the bill and she asked how much I wanted to tip. I don't tip when I have felt so uncomfortable. I said I would just pay what I owed and you could cut the tension with a knife. She huffed and punched in the amount and didn't say anything when I thanked her. Not a nice experience to end my lovely holiday on.
