I wanted to exchange euro for ron (romanian currency). For 200e i got 740ron. Official exchange rate is 200 for 928. Basically they stole 40euro from me in commision and exchange rate. That is 20%. They profit by being one of the few opened on sundays and holidays, but they are robbing people of their money. It's beyond me how the authorities allow them to do this. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Fraud company that lie to customers at counter and pays tax free refund in $ by 30% lower rate. KEEP AWAY! Strictly not recommended. UPD. Answer to representative. When I've came to Interchange company counter you representative told me just about comiision of 3 euro per 1 bill . Tha is normal charge and I've accepted. After all paperworks I was given document to sign where my 612 euros are changed into (WOW) 591 USD. I was not asking about this exchange. I was not notified about this exchange. Just sign here and here. Moreover you workers told - Oh , of course we told you about US currency, trying to make me fool. BUT IT IS NOT TRUE. No one notified me about this forced exchange. I've asked to pay me in EURO currency, but they refused, and insisted in only US currency paid out with you '"wonderful" exhange rate. So, don't try to fool people, you, fraud company. Look at your rating, it speaks for itself. It's a pity that there is no rating with negative value, you deserve it. Hope you will bankrupt ASAP.

Im adding after reading your answer: You r not telling the truth to your customers Nobody told me that there is a 14% comition on top the 0.7 lowest rate on eart hYou should be honest with turist that just landed in tour country I expect that you will offer me to undo the transaction . I got 1500 euro for 2500 dolars in the airport I asked the lady if that is a comon rate and insted of giving me the true info she said: yes . I now i was not so wise didnt duble check the rate But i expect dignity when im a turist in viena She shiuld offer me to change few dolars for the evening and in monday morning i could get few hundred more euros for my mony in the city branch. Its not good service , its not the way you should treat turists Its legal but not nice :(

not only me, all the employers make mistakes everyday and all of them working since years, the box files prove that but no one said that they made mistakes, because in this company I saw parties, each party embraces his affiliates, but I didn't belong to any party so you terminated my employment. By the way, not only me who posting negative reviews on Google but many customers as well and you know that very well.

Disgusting attitude towards tourists- way too slow and the worst experience I ever had. The man employee with glasses is terrible. We wanted tax free but he let other people who want to exchange in front of us so many times irregardless of our flight schedules whatsoever. That was too much. Disgusted. Response: I guarantee you that the vouchers were in my parents’ name, they were standing right next to the counter. Moreover, is letting other people in front of the line acceptable to you? All customers should be treated the same. Just because we were getting the tax refund, doesnot mean that other exchange customers are allowed to cut the line and receive the faster service than we do. Please be kind to send me your rules and regulations stating that some customers should get better treatment than the others! I appreciate it. Making an excuse just to defend your incompetent staff is not acceptable. We DID get our refund but we were not at all satisfied with your service. This is my review on your service and I strongly demand you to keep my review. This is my right and I want my review to be treated the same as other reviews.

They charge 10% under market rates, which is typical for money changers, but then they sneak in a commission without stating up front what they are doing (their only explanation when I asked why I was not given the full amount on the receipt was to point to the sign that says the cashier may have extra conditions and state that the extra condition is an extra commission). Total cost came out to around 20%. At least I was able to get my original money back. Will go elsewhere. There is a bank around the corner that charges better rates and no commission. Saved me 50€. As to the business's reply, let me be clear that Nowhere on the posted screen is there any indication of any commission, only that extra conditions may apply. So apparently it was my fault for not asking what the extra conditions were ahead of time, nor were they ever disclosed until I made a complaint that the numbers on the receipt didn't add up.

DO NOT CHANGE HERE. It's a complete scam. They took like 4€ of commission when they official rate was 14,5 the paid me like 11. If you want to be ripped of go here but if not try to avoid these places in the city center.
