Durch ein Missverständnis von meiner Seite, wurde ich sehr genervt behandelt! The employee was very annoyed on the phone! I find it personally very rude. Due to a misunderstanding on my part, I was treated very annoyed!

Beim letzten Telefonat jedoch, wurde mir nach Erwähnen der Shop-Apotheke prompt aufgelegt (als fühlte sie sich davon persönlich beleidigt). So far I've only had good experience and was treated nicely. On the last phone call, however, after mentioning the shop pharmacy, I was promptly hung up (as if she felt personally offended).

Das muss man sich erst einmal auf der Zunge üzergehen lassen..Wir waren mit unserem Kind bis 3 Uhr früh auf der Kinderambulanz. Einen derartigen Notfall gab es bei uns noch nie! Dementsprechend erschöpft waren wir als wir das Rezept bei dieser Apotheke einlösen wollten. Ich rief kurz vor Beginn des Notdienstes an, stand mit meinem Auto vor der Apotheke und wurde eiskalt (!!) an die andere Apotheke verwiesen, da Frau Apotheker scheinbar zu faul war mich bedienen. Nie wieder! Absolut keine Empfehlung! Lazy and unfriendly pharmacist on the emergency service! You have to let it go on your tongue first. We were with our child until 3 a.m. at the children's clinic. We have never had such an emergency! Accordingly, we were exhausted when we wanted to redeem the prescription at this pharmacy. I called shortly before the start of the emergency service, stood in front of the pharmacy with my car and was referred to the other pharmacy as cold as ice (!!) because the pharmacist was apparently too lazy to serve me. Never again! Absolutely no recommendation!
