Es geht um eine bestimmte Mitarbeiterin im Biogena Store in der Seilergasse in 1010 Wien (große Dame mit hochgesteckten blonden lockingen Haaren, die am 09.05.2020 am Abend im Geschäft war). Dem Management der Biogena möchte ich empfehlen diese Mitarbeiterin im Umgang mit Kunden besser einzuschulen. Ich habe eine Creme probiert und eine kleine Menge auf die Haut aufgetragen. Die Creme war nicht verpackt, die Tube war nicht versiegelt. Leider war mir nicht bewusst, dass es sich dabei um keinen „Tester“ handelt. (Die Tube war etwas eingedrückt) - Die Mitarbeiterin hat mich darauf hingewiesen. Ich habe mich sofort entschuldigt. Die Mitarbeiterin hat mir aber - statt es dabei zu belassen - Vorwürfe gemacht , dass ich nichts im Geschäft angreifen soll und ich das Hinweisschild, das irgendwo hängt, zuerst lesen sollte und ich diese Creme jetzt sofort bezahlen müsste... usw... Mein viel zu gutmütiger Mann wollte weitere Diskussionen mit der sich komisch benehmenden Mitarbeitern vermeiden und hat die Creme sofort bezahlt. Wir waren einfach enttäuscht, dass als regelmäßige Kunden von Biogena, die nach langer Zeit endlich auch wieder persönlich ins Geschäft kommen konnten, um nach neuen Produkten Ausschau zu halten, man wegen 10 Euro (Kosten der Creme) uns die Lust aufs Einkaufen so vermiest hatte. Ich denke, dass die Verkäufer zumindest in den kommenden Wochen mehr Verständnis für ihre Kunden aufbringen sollten - die neuen Regeln des Einkaufes müssen auch von uns erst noch gelernt werden. Ich bin selbst Unternehmerin und weiß , dass Situationen mit Kunden unterschiedlich sein können. Qualifizierte Mitarbeiter sollten jedoch in der Lage sein, solche Situation souverän zu lösen, ohne beim Kunden ein verstörtes Gefühl zu hinterlassen. I don't rate the quality of the products with one star, but the type of customer service. It is about a certain employee in the Biogena Store in Seilergasse in 1010 Vienna (tall lady with pinned blond curly hair who was in the shop on May 9th, 2020 in the evening). I would like to recommend the management of Biogena to train this employee better in dealing with customers. I tried a cream and applied a small amount to the skin. The cream was not packaged, the tube was not sealed. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware that this was not a "tester". (The tube was dented a little) - The employee pointed this out to me. I immediately apologized. But instead of leaving it at that, the employee reproached me that I shouldn't attack anything in the store and that I should read the notice that hangs somewhere first and that I would have to pay for this cream immediately ... etc ... Mine Far too good-natured man wanted to avoid further discussions with the strangely behaving employees and paid for the cream immediately. We were simply disappointed that as regular customers of Biogena, who after a long time were finally able to come back to the store in person to look for new products, we were so spoiled for shopping because of 10 euros (cost of the cream) . I think that the salespeople should show more understanding for their customers at least in the coming weeks - the new rules of purchasing have to be learned by us too. I am an entrepreneur myself and know that situations with customers can be different. However, qualified employees should be able to confidently resolve such a situation without leaving the customer feeling disturbed.

Graf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe einen online-Gutschein erhalten, welcher vom System nicht angenommen wurde, habe nach Mailkontakt erfahren, dass der Gutschein auch direkt im store verwendet werden kann. Es gab dazu auch den Schriftverkehr, dennoch war man im Geschäft nicht in der Lage den Gutschein zu berücksichtigen. Somit habe ich nur eine Menge Zeit vergeudet, einen Parkschein verschwendet und mich wahnsinnig geärgert. I received an online voucher that was not accepted by the system, I learned after email contact that the voucher can also be used directly in the store. There was also the correspondence, but the shop was not able to take the voucher into account. So I just wasted a lot of time, wasted a parking ticket and was insanely angry.
