Mit kurzen Haaren stelle ich wohl keine hohen Ansprüche -- vermutlich würde es auch ein Maschinenschnitt tun. Aber mir taugt das Ambiente und das gute Service. Als ich neulich dann im Ausland einen Friseur gesucht habe wurde mir erst wirklich bewusst wie gut es mir hier geht. Am here customer since my hairdresser, Markus, has changed here. With short hair, I do not set high standards - probably it would do a machine cut. But I like the atmosphere and the good service. When I recently looked for a hairdresser abroad, I was only really aware how well I am here.

I asked for simple Föhn styled waves and the hairdresser pulled and dragged my hair which got stuck in the brush all the time with the hairdresser struggling to get it out and fearing it might not and I would have to cut it. The result was no waves and a serious hairpulling and damaged hair for which I paid lots of money. 75 Eur is definitely not a fair price for a beginner hairstyler ( shampoo and hairdryer).
C	Chloe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give this 0 if I could. For a salon with such a high reputation, their staff seriously lack customer service skills. I walked out of the salon feeling horrible, not because of how my hair looked, but because of how I was made feel. I was looked up and down, as if to say “you don’t belong here”, everyone else that came in was given a magazine and offered a drink (which is pretty standard when I go to any hairdresser), i was the only one not offered anything. They refused to do my colour, which is fair enough, I understand they don’t want to take accountability for any damage. But I wasn’t given any alternatives and instead I sat there and was basically just thrown insults at about what a mess my hair is, how no good salon would ever touch my hair, that I really need a new hairdresser, that I need such and such treatments but they couldn’t provide them to me. In the end I paid €109 for a pretty average cut and blow dry. Save your money and go somewhere that actually makes you feel good about yourself.
