Wegen einem Produkt, das sie nicht lagernd hatten, wurde ich in die Wollzeile 4 geschickt- dort war ich enttäuscht, weil ich als Kundin ignoriert wurde. Bin sofort wieder zurückgekommen zu der lieben Dame, die mich vorher informiert hatte und bin nachher mit tollen Produkten und ausführlicher Beratung aus dem Geschäft gegangen. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an die Mitarbeiterin Susanne-sehr lieb, verständnisvoll und kompetent! Was this week in the morning at Staudigl in Wollzeile 25 and was very pleased with the service, despite the stress and delivery bottlenecks that day. Because of a product that they did not have in stock, I was sent to Wollzeile 4 - there I was disappointed because I was ignored as a customer. I immediately came back to the dear lady who had informed me beforehand and later went out of business with great products and detailed advice. Many thanks at this point to the employee Susanne - very kind, understanding and competent!

Hatte vorher noch nie bei Staudigl Online eingekauft- werde es aber sicher wiederholen. Absolute recommendation !!! Only 3 days passed from order to delivery! Sensational! Very well and lovingly packaged. Had never before shopped at Staudigl Online - but I will definitely do it again.

Ich wurde ausnehmend gut behandelt und mir wurde eine Lösung für mein "Spezialproblem" angeboten. Die Lieferung kam dann auch super rasch und unkompliziert - sogar mit Verständigung durch die Post-App :) Ich bin sehr zufrieden! I ordered online for the first time and had to contact customer service about a special problem. I was treated exceptionally well and was offered a solution to my "special problem". The delivery came very quickly and easily - even with notification via the Post app :) I am very satisfied!

Termekmintakat es kis ajandekokat tesznek a csomagba es mar 50€-tol ingyenes a csomagkuldes. Szuper! I have ordered from here multiple times and each time it was a good experience (from the webshop). To each order they give some samples and small gifts which are really nice too. Only from 50€ the shipping is free too.
