War gestern im Store einkaufen, ich kann nur sagen das Team ist absolut top und das in jeder Hinsicht, freundlich, kompetent, sehr empfehlenswert!
Yesterday in the store shopping, I can only say the team is absolutely great and in every way, friendly, competent, highly recommended!

im Shop Gerngross : TOP am Telefon, Vorschläge und Tipps erhalten um mein Problem zu lösen, sehr charmant und kompetent aber : Im Online SHOP leider: Sehr schlechtes Beschwerdemanagement. Inkompetentes (und auch nur bedingt freundliches) Kundenservice, überhaupt nicht bemüht um ihre Kunden wenn was schief läuft. ich rufe extra an und dann heißt es ich erhalte als Erklärung eine Mail. Auf die warte ich bis heute. Lieferungen funktionieren nicht, habe nun 2 Versuche gemacht 1 Kleid zu bestellen. Musste mich selbst erkundigen warum hier keine DPD oder Post Benachrichtigung kam - bisher kamen Lieferungen von anderen Modehäusern immer problemlos an. Betty Barclay Kundenservice ist nicht interessiert gewesen sich für mich als Kundin einzusetzen. Bin sehr enttäuscht. War das erste und letzte Mal, dass ich was bestellt habe. Beim Versuch das Kleid in eine Filiale liefern zu lassen (was auch mein Vorschlag war, von der Mitarbeiterin ja wie gesagt NICHTS ) um dem ganzen Lieferproblem zu entgehen, hieß die Antwort "Sowas machen wir nicht." Einfach nur "Sowas machen wir nicht" Nicht mal leider oder tut mir Leid - kein einziges Es tut uns Leid, dass das schief ging. Null, nur von 2 verschiedenen Telefonistinnen die Meldung: Ich sitze hier nur im Kundenservice, ich bin nicht die Zentrale und kann nur weitergeben was ich weiß."
in the Gerngross shop: TOP on the phone, receiving suggestions and tips to solve my problem, very charming and competent but: in the online SHOP unfortunately: very bad complaint management. Incompetent (and only partially friendly) customer service, not at all concerned for their customers if something goes wrong. I call extra and then I get an email as an explanation. I am still waiting for them today. Deliveries do not work, I have now made 2 attempts to order 1 dress. Had to inquire myself why there was no DPD or post notification here - so far deliveries from other fashion houses have always arrived without any problems. Betty Barclay customer service was not interested in working for me as a customer. Am very disappointed. It was the first and last time that I ordered something. When I tried to have the dress delivered to a branch (which was also my suggestion from the employee, as I said, NOTHING) to avoid the whole delivery problem, the answer was "we don't do that." Just "we don't do that" Not even sorry or sorry - not a single one. Sorry that it went wrong. Zero, only from 2 different operators the message: I'm only here in customer service, I'm not the head office and can only pass on what I know. "

I went to this shop with my mum due to the fact that I saw some interesting pieces that would fit my pregnancy needs. Also, the shop used to be one of my mum's favorite shops. When we asked the shop assistant to kindly help us and provide us with a dress hanging on the mannequin, she said she will help us (unwillingly), but that help never came. When I asked her politely again to help us, she ignored us. So, I went to her asking her to provide me with her name. She replied that she is too busy and cannot help us, even though we were the only 2 persons in the store and showed us the door. She stressed me, my baby and my mum with her attitude. Initially, I sent a complaint to the company’s customer service to which I did not receive any reply. Determined to receive a reply, I re-sent the complaint again, also copying the company HQ. Altogether, I received a reply after two and a half weeks, with nothing more than “we are sorry” and in addition the reply came from an intern. This only shows their dedication to the customers and how serious they are as a company. There was no investigation, no sanction for this lady and no compensation to me as a customer being initiated. I will never purchase from this company again. True disappointment! Even 1 star is too much for their treatment.
