B	B W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der comma-Store in der Mahü ist ein Must bei jedem Wienbesuch und bis dato war ich mit der Beratung stets zufrieden. Doch bei meinem letzten Besuch habe ich den Eindruck gewonnen, dass es nur noch darum geht, zu verkaufen, egal wie passend oder unpassend ein Kleidungsstück ist. Egal, was ich probiert habe, ist auf große Begeisterung gestoßen. Angeblich hat mir alles außerordentlich gut gestanden - was so leider nicht der Fall war (Farben, die mir nicht stehen, Schnitte, die nicht passen - ein geschultes Auge erkennt so etwas in der Regel). Ich mag freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, und da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln! Doch ein ehrliches Feedback ist mir wichtiger als Schmeicheleien. So fällt es schwer, dem Urteil des Personals noch zu vertrauen. The comma store in Mahü is a must for every visit to Vienna and so far I have always been satisfied with the advice. But on my last visit, I got the impression that it's all about selling, no matter how suitable or unsuitable a piece of clothing is. No matter what I tried, it was met with great enthusiasm. Allegedly everything looked extremely good on me - which unfortunately wasn't the case (colors that don't suit me, cuts that don't fit - a trained eye usually recognizes something like this). I like friendly and courteous staff, and there is nothing to complain about! But honest feedback is more important to me than flattery. So it is difficult to trust the judgment of the staff.

B	Bibie laBibs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wahnsinns Beratung, tolle Ware, vor allem die junge Linie. Und wenn ich nur schauen möchte, komme ich mit zwei Mäntel, Jeans und Pullover wieder raus. Jedes Mal. Die Verkäuferinnen sind wirklich super und helfen wo sie nur können. Sehr sympathischer Shop mit wunderbarer Mode die auch Qualität hat. Great advice, great goods, especially the young line. And if I just want to look, I come out with two coats, jeans and a sweater. Every time. The shop assistants are really great and help wherever they can. Very personable shop with wonderful fashion that is also of high quality.

I don't know if all Viennese clothing shops are like this, but I got five star services, including offer of a drink while I was trying out clothing (I didn't, btw, it was too complicated with mask and stuff) and ended up buying a nice hoodie from this shop.
