Die Mitarbeiter kennen sich sehr gut aus, mir wurde auch erklärt wie ich meine Schuhe reinige! Dafür gebe ich gerne 5 Sterne. Der Onlineshop ist aber leider misslungen, seit man die Schuhe nicht mehr in die Filiale bestellen kann. Ich zahle keine 5 Euro Versand, wenn ich doch über 100€ bestelle, wenn es schnell gehen muss bestelle ich da schon lieber woanders online, schade! Very nice, friendly advice. One of the reasons why I always like to go to the Gerngross! The staff know each other very well, I was also explained how I clean my shoes! For that I like to give 5 stars. The online shop has unfortunately failed since you can no longer order the shoes in the store. I do not pay 5 euros shipping, if I order more than 100 ¬, if it has to go fast, I prefer to order somewhere else online, too bad!

Große Auswahl an verschiedensten Schuhen und auch an Accessoires! Man fühlt sich wohl und aufgehoben in dieser Filliale. Sehr zu empfehlen ?? Ich konnte sie ohne Probleme zurück geben! Ich werde weiterhin sehr gerne dort Schuhe kaufen!! Top Today I brought back shoes that I wore for 1 month but were not of good quality! Ich habe noch nirgends eine so gute, freundliche, geduldige und kompetente Beratung erlebt wie durch den Verkäufer dort. Ich war schon am Weg zum Bezahlen, da habe ich entschieden: Ich packe die Gelegenheit dieses exzellenten Service beim Schopf (da selten heutzutage) und kaufe noch ein Paar Schuhe für "elegant". Ich empfehle dieses Geschäft im 1.Stock im "Gerngross-Haus" sehr. Von hier aus: Danke für Ihren Dienst, Herr Verkäufer! I don't like to go shopping. Even very reluctant to wear shoes. But now I finally know where to go to buy shoes when I need them. To the Görtz. I have never experienced such good, friendly, patient and competent advice as from the seller there. I was already on the way to paying, so I decided: I will grab the opportunity of this excellent service with my head (as rare nowadays) and buy another pair of shoes for "elegant".
