J	Johanna NEU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem unhöflich, keine Unterstützung bei der Auswahl, ich war 2 mal dort, beim ersten mal wollte ich make up kaufen, die Verkäuferinnen waren aber eher mit der Inventur beschäftigt als mit dem verkaufen, meinten nur, such dir was aus. Beim zweiten mal war es ähnlich, tratschen war wichtiger als beraten. Extremely rude, no support in the selection, I was there twice, the first time I wanted to buy make up, but the sellers were rather concerned with the inventory than with the sale, just meant, pick something out. The second time it was similar, gossip was more important than advice.

Natürlich original verpackt, sogar der kleine schwarze Karton wurde nicht geöffnet. "Wir können nur innerhalb von 8 Werktagen Waren umtauschen, Du kannst die Sachen ja herschenken oder selbst verkaufen" 2 x 1 Stunde vernichtet, € 65,- weggeworfen und massiv geärgert. Well played! Bought 3 products for my girlfriend's birthday - presented a few days later. Wrong color, clear. Back to the store to exchange the products. Of course in the original packaging, even the little black box was not opened. "We can only exchange goods within 8 working days, you can give them away or sell them yourself" 2 x 1 hour destroyed, € 65, - thrown away and massively annoyed. Well played!
