Honestly, you could win a prize in how bad you are in granting orders in the last few months. November I waited almost 3 weeks for my orders and now... I ordered the same jeans twice and in both cases you deleted this item from my order due to lack of inventory (however it was available in the morning and in the middle of the night). Next time would be great if you could contact me before you just decide on your own. I paid for these items twice and now you have my money and i have nothing in return.
I really do not get why you are not able to grant orders, set up a new reliable system or at least contact to your customer. There could be so many solution not just deleting items from the order. Please consider it.
