★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind mehr als zufrieden im Hotel Sarotla. Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr gemütlich, das Essen sehr gut. Alles tip top sauber und alle sind super freundlich, zuvorkommend und haben für jeden ein offenes Ohr. Wir kommen sehr gerne hierhin. Hier kann man sich wirklich wohlfühlen und erholen. Ich kann die schlechte Bewertung von vor zwei Tagen ganz und gar nicht nachvollziehen. Aber, wenn man die restlichen Bewertungen von dieser Person liest, darf man die schlechte Bewertung nicht ernstnehmen.
 We are more than satisfied at the Hotel Sarotla. The rooms are modern and very comfortable, the food is very good. Everything is super clean and everyone is super friendly, courteous and has an open ear for everyone. We love coming here. Here you can really feel good and relax. I can't understand the bad rating from two days ago at all. But, if you read the rest of the reviews from this person, you shouldn't take the bad rating seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren als Paar und mit 2 Hunden in diesem Hotel.
Einfach nur großartig, super Service und vor allen Dingen mehr als leckeres Essen.
Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, dass auch mit 2 Personen und 2 (größeren) Hunden keine Platzangst entsteht. Der kleine Auslauf für die Hunde ist Gold wert.
Der Wellness Bereich ist toll.
We stayed at this hotel as a couple and with 2 dogs.
Just great, great service and, above all, more than delicious food.
The rooms are spacious so that even with 2 people and 2 (larger) dogs there is no claustrophobia. The small run for the dogs is worth its weight in gold.
The wellness area is great.

Perfect location. But.
No place to put the ski clothes in the rooms.
Kids are Not Welcome. The pool is usead to 18.00 from children and on the minit is hell all over if the kids are not out. Dinner is ok but to many guests for this kitchen hotel. Start eat 18.00 and it takes at least 3 hours before you are done, no kids can hold that out at the tabel. How ever reauested to sit still and behave ....
Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place if ur into ski and snow. Excellent rooms and amazing nature all around.
But, house keeping wasnt upto expectations. They had to be reminded to replace toiletries every day.
Restaurant is comfy and serve fresh food from their limited menu. Spa and pool definitely above average.
Be mindful if the fact that if u want to iron ur clothes, then I'll need to go into a separate room in the basement!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is directly at the 1st Tee of a challenging but spectacular mountain golf course. Rooms are new, clean and have a comfortable size. The food is excellent. The chef caters to individual requests (vegan, lactose intolerance, etc.). The hotel offers wellness facilities. The staff is polite and well trained. They know how to make their customers happy. We spent a great time at the hotel, the golf course and the surrounding mountains.

The room views are great.
The Dorfbahn is just across the street which makes it very convenient for reaching the ski area
The Hotel SPA area looks really good and is well maintained.

Access for kids in Family SPA area is possible only until 6pm which makes it not convenient if you ski until 4:30-5pm. We were not informed before arriving about this rule.
The SPA area was very crowded in the period when families with kids were allowed.
We had the big family suite that appeared to be refurbished just two months before. Therefore we had no signs in the Hotel to get to it. We explained to the kids that we are undercover and that’s why there are no markings for our room :)
Our room was not very well cleaned so we had to call them twice (bed linen ripped, dust and drapes dirty). I had the general feeling that the cleaning can be improved in the room and restaurant.
Heating system didn’t work and we had to insist until they discovered the floor heating water was stopped somehow.
