Very nice and confortable hotel. Staff is very warming and the service at the bar is very very nice. Rooms are big and bright. Saunas and Pools are amazing, including the free tea while relaxing there. Breakfast could be better. Perfect to relax for the weekend and forget about everything!

Very clean and nice room, good food though wines are very pricey. Horrible coffee, though they say it's their speciality. Sauna area is nice but too small for the hotel size. Beauty treatments are definitely too pricey for what they offer and very impolite staff in that area. Never experienced anything like this in any other hotel! Treasure at first glance but at second glance I have to say we won't go there again.

The plan was to have a nice Christmas eve and Dinner. Generally speaking, it was not a good experience. The reception. With a couple exceptions they do not smile. They help you but you feel like you are bothering them. The rooms. The beds are comfortable. In one of the rooms, the heating system did not work, it was reported but no one fixed it. Cleaning 8 out of 10. The pool. The kids had a good time on the pool. The are water guns. The views. Very very nice. The town, the mountains. Very beautiful place. The Bar: Very good. The waiter was very nice. There is a fireplace. It is very relaxing and comfortable. The dinner / Service. :( I felt terrible when at every time I said "thanks" and the waitress answered nothing and she even did not smile. She was rude when asking for the orders and did not have patience, she was even rude with an elder, he doesn't hear very well. In the group there were 7 kids, so if you have a family, you know how it is. We had some misunderstanding about what was included and what was not. At the beginning we asked what was included, the waitress responded "it is all included", we were surprised and asked again, 3 times, and the answer was the same. At the end the restaurant supervisor said we will be charged for the drinks. We explained what happened, and she said "the waitress has 2 years experience, I don't believe she said that.". So we asked for the waitress but suddenly she dissapeared. In the mean time we accepted to pay the drinks and went to a common area to open presents with the kids. They sent a "negotiator". This person did not identify himself, had no identification or uniform and he was even more rude than the others, he did not let us explain our side of the story, he even gave us free "advice" about how we must raise and feed our children, he made a discount on the drinks and acted like he did us a favor. At some point I even tought about racism (we are multiracial). Misunderstanding happens, but how you deal the situation is crucial. WiFi: Excellent signal at any place. If you ask me to come back. I will not.

Excellent hotel, cozy as a mountain house, but with a great and modern infrastructure. It has good equipment including a bar, restaurant and spa services. It is very close to the main sights of the region and within easy reach of bus lines, markets and other shops. Attentive staff, great rooms and impeccable service. Awesome!

I had a great weekend staying here, the hotel itself is beautifully designed and the food was amazing. I also really appreciated their focus on using local products and reducing plastic waste. There is no sea of little plastic packaging that you sadly see at almost any other breakfast buffet. The rooms were great and the spa was really relaxing.

The hotel service was excellent. Food was beautifully presented and delicious. Excellent wine list. Great cocktails, too! A decorator with a whimsical eye gave this hotel and the rooms a unique flair. We were there in summer for golf and will definitely go back in the winter to ski.

Super location. Nice Spa. Nice pool, nice finnisch outdoor Sauna. Nice restaurant. Excellent atmosphere.

The Hotel Walliserhof is truly a dream. My husband and I came here for a romantic weekend and we were overly impressed with our room, the service, food (breakfast and dinner) , spa area and even the shampoo and conditioner :) The hotel is flawless and is right next to a relaxing river which makes falling asleep each night super easy. We will be back for sure! Highly recommend!
